Absolute administrative chaos, zero accountability, and attempts to overcharge
This is one of the worst property management experiences I have ever had.
After my apartment was transferred from Newsec to Nectar Management, everything collapsed. Since 10 January 2026, I have been trying to get in contact with Nectar.
I have sent multiple emails. No reply. No update. No explanation.
I also tried calling their phone number. The woman who answered interrupted me mid-sentence, spoke very poor English, and immediately said she “cannot help” and that I must send an email.
When I explained that I had already sent three emails with no response, her answer was simply:
“Send another one.”
That was the entire “support”.
On top of this unacceptable behavior, Nectar is now attempting to charge rent and utilities incorrectly, even though:
I never moved into the apartment
I never received keys
The termination was confirmed in writing
The rent for the period was already prepaid
A refund has already been issued
Their own previous administrator has confirmed in writing that the charges shown are a system error
Despite having written documentation directly contradicting their system, Nectar:
displays false “arrears”
ignores emails
refuses to correct obvious errors
and leaves the tenant to deal with their internal incompetence
This is not a misunderstanding.
This is gross administrative negligence.
If you take over property management, it is your legal responsibility to:
maintain correct financial records
respond to tenants within a reasonable time
and not attempt to collect money that is not owed
Nectar fails on all three.
At this point, I am being forced to consider formal complaints to Huslejenævnet and legal escalation, purely due to Nectar’s refusal to respond and correct their own mistakes.
If this is how Nectar handles written proof, confirmed terminations, and refunded payments, I seriously question how they handle more complex tenant cases.
Avoid this company at all costs.
If something goes wrong, you will be ignored, dismissed, and left to defend yourself against incorrect charges.
