This is pure SCAM. Ordered on 26/11/2020 a POOL CLEANER HOLIDAY HOODIE as a Xmas present for my daughter still have not received any feedback on behalf of the company, despite many, many notifications.
The order appears with the same status as it was in the beginning, namely "Packing". Looking for refund since this looks like pure SCAM already.
Please do NOT go near this company. Very quickly take your money but item never turned up. Multiple attempts to contact, via the 'contact us' page, direct email and paypal dispute, but no reply at all. My daughter's gutted that she wasn't able to give her sisters christmas present to her. Spend your money elsewhere
Ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas on November 30th. Item showed as "shipped" on December 3rd. I tracked the shipping number provided and it just showed "label created". Okay, I figured I give them a day or so to actually mail this off...a week later still nothing. I tracked it again on December 23, still showed "label created". This was never actually shipped. It is now January 5 and I still have no sweatshirt (Merry Christmas). The absolute worst part is tat my 6 emails to customer service have been met with an automated response telling me someone will get back to me. Not onece have I been answered by customer saervice. $75 bucks for this ridiculous sweatshirt...I should have known their business would be as poor as their music. Total scam!!
Non existent customer service! They take your money and I have no merchandise to show for. I’ve reached out 3 times and $170 later I have nothing. They need to work on resolving issues.
Ordered two Ned Funko was charged immediately then received an email saying they didn't have them but after me sending 6 emails no response and no refund. Company is a scam do not order
