I can read from other reviews that Neds operate in a way that puts the industry into disrepute. They have frozen my account because they think my PayPal account is being used inappropriately. They asked for proof of account ownership which I supplied then they keep asking for more then more once more is provided, etc. Their customer support staff are horrible and their management are worse. Their platform to send/receive emails doesnt work alot of the time or they just ignore emails. This has been ongoing for ten days now and they are holding thousands of dollars of my money. I have complained to the NT Govt using their bookie complaint form and raised a dispute case with PayPal. I hope the NT Govt takes complaints seriously and acts on shady behaviour like this. There is definitely something underhand and sinister in how these guys operate. They seem to do whatever they want without fear of penalty. Perhaps the next Royal Commission should be looking into the Online Bookmaker Industry?

Worst company to deal with. Gave good bonus bets offers to entice to join. After making a deposit I put a bet on with the bonus bet which had won but they never honoured that bet. I called them up to see what had happened and they made me send all my identification and bank card through. Never heard back from them after that so I called again. After the conversation they said they were returning my deposit and closing my account and returned my deposit. Did the exact same thing to my mate. Terrible customer service as well.

I thought they were a good betting agency as i would turn over around $2000 a week,one week i had a good run they then cancelled my bonus bets and toolboxs,what bonus money i had seemed to disappear,they have told me my account is not cancelled once i have lost a certain amount of cash they will then let me have bonus bets again. The agency is good to bet with as long as your happy to lose,i guess once they read this review my account will be closed. Thanks again as i know i won more than i lost. Mark.

The customer support is terrible. Dont contact them unless you want your account closed. They cashed out my bet and then accused me of breaching agreements then they closed my account. None of tbe support people were helpful. Keep away.

For some reason other mastercard numbers appeared on my account. I tried to tell them they weren't my mastercard numbers. I even went to the banks to get all info on my present and previous cards. My account was then closed with 500 or so dollars in there

I just had the worst dealing with one of the NEDS customer service representatives (Casey).

He spoke to me like I was dumb for not knowing how to maneuver around the Neds site despite the fact that I only joined recently.

My previous experience with Mike was much better so perhaps just a bad apple but seriously don't know how they let some of these people work in customer relations as it really reflects poorly on their brand. As a result, I am seriously considering canceling my account and taking my business elsewhere...

Don’t even deserve 1 star. Accused me an the mrs of cheating cause we put similar bets on. We were just trying not to bet against the teams playing each other. We are a betting couple that’s how we met. The worst customer support ever. Should be called the customer abuse line! Happy to have closed my account for good. Do yourself a favour.

Do not use Ned’s If you happen to start winning they will close you down and make it awkward to withdraw any money. Very poor site only like losers. I deposited around $1000 after a few months I grew this to 1,400 using bonus bets and offers, I was then told I could no longer use any more offers or bonus bets. Managed to get my cash out so all good but did take a lot of effort.

I agree with the other review written about NEDS. It is a confusing and poorly set up App Basically very messy! NEDS was extremely awkward to set up an account with! Its literally easier to open a Bank Account! Today I enquired how to withdraw funds,After running me through what to do for half hr on the app at least 6 times, Then He said I hadn't put funds in my account (I'd been betting all last night winning a few bucks) He then realised my ATM Card wasn't verified GET THIS! If you Receive a replacement NEDS card ANOTHER set of the same photos of ID for verification are required to withdraw funds but not for the purpose of depositing! FKN SCAM! He (Mitch) just wanted to get me off phone as I wasn't betting or depositing! NEDS will take your $$$ But make it painful to withdraw! He took half an hour to realise a simple issue Of verifying my ATM Card (AGAIN!) Bloody Disgraceful Closing my account!! NEDS Minimum deposit is $25, Ladbrokes minimum is only $10 If Ladbrokes offer Bonus Bets Use them If not, Stick..with Good Old TAB app who usually offer far better odds without all the gimmicks,Don't waste your time and $$$ with NEDS 💩

Punter be ware - Any bonus bet winnings or deposits need to be wagered on a $1.50 or higher bet and played all the way through(no cash outs) in order to withdraw. They make the odds stacked more against you.

I find this confusing as this company was set up by an ex manager of Ladbrokes yet their terms and conditions are worse than Ladbrokes. You think that they would offer a better incentive to entice punters away from Ladbrokes or other rivals. Their mobile interface is even almost identical to Ladbrokes it's quite a joke.

If you're going to bet I say use Bet365 so you can do live multis, cash out on all types of bets (Neds doesn't offer cash out on every market) and Bet365 has a lot more markets to wager on plus a lot more video streaming compared to any other. I'd even suggest Ladbrokes or Sportsbet after these ones.
