During my order a mistake was made about shipping costs due to a small website glitch. The mistake was in my favor by a substantial margin, as I live in Canada and they are in the UK. They graciously stepped up and covered the cost without hesitation.

Expected gas in the lighter. At least could be added or advised to purchase together with a lighter. All in all , My father was glad with his little gift.

First time I've used NeedaPresent and I'd definitely use them again. An efficient service, easy to use and responded very quickly when I enquired about delivery. Also, my sister loved the chocolate pizza. Shoudl probably say something negative to balance this up but I can't think of anything - the piza was even £1 cheaper than 2 other internet suppliers I looked at!

I had never used needapresent.com and was extremely happy with the service I received when I used them a few weeks ago. It was easy to purchase what I needed and the website is easy to navigate. Needed to recheck order after ordering a personalised travel map of the world there was no problem and i was reassured very quickly. However when gift arrived it came with a spelling mistake (my name) this was dealt with very very quickly and efficiently a new one was despatched almost immediately and the faulty one was donated to the school I work at as i had used this for my delivery address i would like to say many thanks to Jason for an excellent service will definitely use again and recommend to others
