Great product exactly as described with speedy service

I have ordered from needapresent three times. In two cases I spoke directly with their staff for a special request. In both cases they were extremely friendly and helpful, and true to their word! I would certainly recommend them and will in all likelihood use them again.

Need a present were amazingly efficient in making sure I received the personalised Song Poster I ordered for a next day delivery. Even though this may have taken up to 3 working days, I rang customer services 5 minutes after I placed the order, who swiftly when out of their way, by arranging a next day delivery, no hassle, excellent service, would definitely use them again!

I ordered a Keep Calm Have a G&T glass for my sister. The present and the G&T went down a treat. Excellent service

The only positive feedback I can give is the efficiency of delivery. I had and still have an issue with the item I ordered which was meant to be an anniversary gift for my parents in law. The item was not at all how it appeared on the website and very disappointing. I tried to contact the website by phone only to repeatedly hear the message "this mailbox is full". I emailed and eventually got an email back. A few days passed of exchanging emails with hours between responses. The matter has still not been resolved but the website has stopped responding to my emails and I have no other way of contacting them. I will never use this website again and am thoroughly disappointed.

ordered the 'Laird/Lady' gift box for my mum. Hasn't opened it yet so no feedback on that but the website experience with needapresent was easy, quick and paying with paypal is very convenient.

Jar and label have a retro feel. Sweet selection very good. Very fast delivery...very impressed. Wife loved it!

Needs present has taken all the stress of buying gifts for friends and family in UK. I gave up trying to send things by post from Australia because of the airmail costs. There is a great variety for all ages and delivery times have always been exactly what they said they would be. Suddenly remembering that it is someone's birthday next week is no longer a nightmare. Time differences don't matter, so what if it is the middle of the night in UK. When I have been over in UK on holiday I have seen the gifts I sent and they exactly as represented on the website. I needed a personalised gift for my friends wedding. I chose the slate coasters. I was not convinced by the websites assurances they would be with me in 3 days. However, they were true to their word. I am not sure I would choose that present again- but the website had a good choice and at reasonable cost. The service were great.
