Needapresent 

I brought a personlaised bottle of Brandy which was easy to purchase and came a few days later. Upon opening the gift i found that there had been an error in the spelling on my bottle of brandy.

I emailed the company to make them aware of this matter and sent me a replacement the very next day, fast prompt service and are happy to exchange no questions asked

I've ordered twice from need a present and my second parcel hasn't even arrived yet but I was so impressed with the result of my first order I have no concerns. They provide a simple and safe website and I know I will get my other parcel in the short run up to xmas, unlike other websites. Glad I came across this website.

I think needapresent is a good site but the prices are quite high so that is why I gave it 4 stars.

the site was great. ordered me microwavable monkey for the other half and had it the next day, not only the monkey, but a nice little card thanking me for buying from them and a lolly! Definitely will be buying from them again and already have recommended it to a few friends

Could not believe how quick and efficient they were. Ordered three items, two came almost immediatelly, and the 3rd part of the order which was personalised arrived a fdew days later
All three items lived up to my expectations and I certainly will order from them again, ( even got a little free gift).

The site was really easy to find your way about. Some cracking gifts, and reliable info about the gifts.
Postage was quick.
The only downside of this site was if you want more than 1 present then you have to go thru the whole search bit again, there's no "carry on shopping" button -(unless I missed it!!)

Very good product I receieved and a good selection of presents. Delivery charges are way too high though. Probably why it isn't yet a big name and I wouldn't recommend to people I know.

I was really impressed with how quick part of my order was delivered, also with a free lollipop :)

However i ordered a personalised bottle of wine with box and accessories, the wine came but the box with accessories did not. I contacted Customer Services and staff were very pleasant but the box still hasn't arrived (11 days later) Fingers crossed it does soon as its an Xmas present!

Brilliant website with a range of unique, affordable gifts. Ordering was easy, and I received my order very quickly. I was made to feel appreciated as an individual customer as I received a card with my name on it thanking me for my order. Also received a lollipop with my order :-) Brilliant service, will definitely use again!

Easy website, good service. I wouldnt say the products were cheap though. Arrived nicely packaged.

Ordering 1 or 2 days before a present is needed is always a risk but now I have done this on several occassions and "Need a Present" never lets me down.

I recently purchased a mug from there website, When it arrived it had two 'MY' written on it. I contacted Needapresent to make them aware of this and what i got as a response was unacceptable, they were rude, sarcastic and extremely unhelpful.

Speed was of essence due to my late order for an aniversary - it was meet with a day to spare.

I have ordered from here on two occasions and will definitely keep doing so. everything is as it is shown, of excellent quality and arrives promptly.

needed a different present. Great choice on web site. Chose gift that was suitable, ordered and was amazed at the speed at which it arrived. When gifts are required, it'll certainly be the first web site I look at

i ordered some little gifts for a secret Santa type thing, they came the very next day, you cannot ask for more, no traipsing around the shops, finding parking or anything, great!
