The website is still active and I assume they are still taking orders.
I have had success with the firm last Autumn but a new order has not been honoured. Paid but nothing delivered. No response to emails or calls. Which I had looked here first but thankfully it was only for £15

I ordered and paid in advance at this store. Luckily enough with paypal, so I can claim my money back. Apart from automatic replies I got nothing from this store - neither the items ordered nor any reply by email. So I think this might be the case of an automated web store where its owner is maybe out of business / ill or whatever and the webstore is till working?

Good's not received, no contact at all despite many e-mails. Called many times, phone just rings and rings, one number they list isn't even a real number. Alerted to the fact that the website is a scam when reading a complaints forum for Ebay customers, company has now apparently been blocked from Ebay entirely. I have now cancelled my card as I do not trust the company with the card details.
