I am a Neighbors Credit Union credit…

I am a Neighbors Credit Union credit card holder. On August 6 and 8, 2019 I was the victim of credit card fraud for $305.95, $7,346.90, and $131.16. All were clearly fraudulant purchases made without my authorization. I talked with VISA on three different occassions and with representatives from Neighbors credit Union no less than for different occassions over the past few weeks; the last representative I spoke with was a "Tricia Bounds" in Credit Card Services with Neighbors Credit Union. Each time I was assured the charges would be taken care of; today thirty days later they continue to exist. The increase in credit debt of nearly $8000 has since been reported to the creit bureaus and has caused my credit score to drop 30 point from 730 to 700. This has negatively affected my abitlity to get a favorable rate on a possible refinance of my mortgage.
