Over run, service not the best
Visited this bar with friends birthday, booked in advance, table not ready waiting for an hour, they couldn’t even give us a complimentary drink while waiting, finally got our table waited an hour for drinks which were suppose to be unlimited with meal, when they finally arrived only half of the order came, leaving guest without, it seemed they were over run and didn’t have the staff, I felt sorry for the staff they were only young, and there was plenty of people not happy. Food finally came and drinks followed, by then I was fed up, let down by service, a shame because the food was decent, just let down by service, I certainly wouldn’t go again. There are better restaurants that wait and welcome their customers, I didn’t feel valued at all, neither did my guests.
