We were at Alana Beach Club for a week (30 Aug to 6 Sept) and really enjoyed our holiday. Our room was on the 8th floor of the tower building and we had a fantastic view of the sea and mountains. The sunset every evening was beautiful. Tennis, sailing and swimming were our chosen activities during the week as well as yoga and Pilates, all of which were very enjoyable - sometimes challenging - and well organised by the excellent instructors. There is a lovely laid back atmosphere at Alana and a friendly caring attitude amongst all the staff. This was very much appreciated. We also ate really well both in resort and in the local restaurants. Croatian wine - and people - are lovely!

There is too much noisy music It can be heard on the beach The music in the bar snd the volley ball compete with each other The is no need for music on the tennis courts or pickle ball courts The music is not sympathetic to the demographic It appears to be chosen by the staff for the staff

Super beach club, good quality equipment, nice protected bay ideal for beginner to intermediate sailors. Tennis, and many mountain bike routes too. Nice pools, kids and 50m. Beach front cabin highly recommended.

We had two wonderful trips here in July 2025 and August 2026. We were focussed mainly on the beach activities, including sailing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking and open water swimming. We also did swimming lessons in the pool, green RYA 1 sailing in 2025 and the blue sailing clinic in 2026. There was always enough kit for our use and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was fine and very clean. The food was good with plenty of choice.

The range of activities available was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. My two teenagers really enjoyed the youth club and had a great time. The hotel is in a great position with the national park within walking distance which really added to the holiday. We also enjoyed a trip to Zadar and visiting the local area rather than just staying in the hotel.
