I have stayed in Moxto 3 times now and 2:times previously in casale. Previously the evening meal was written on a board and choices made at breakfast, the board was not always written up and the only time we were asked what we wanted was at the evening meal. Further, previously the meal was cooked in the chalet but this time it came from Casale which made for lengthy meal times.

Friendly staff, good rooms. Food being prepared next door and brought round not good. Chalet holidays make you think of tea and cake, not tea and biscuit as we often received. Hot water ran out on more than one occasion.

This is our second time at motxo, the standard has dropped in regards to the food (variety, portion sizes) however we still love it and looking to go again next year. If we hadn’t been last year this year still would have been a 5/5 however from just comparison it has dropped slightly. We await next year to see whether this has been resolved or not. The staff are friendly, the house is a lovely environment with everyone getting together at the end of the day. The children are able to play whilst foods being served and the bedrooms are close enough that they can go to bed and the adults stay up. We have made great friends from this place and would 100% recommend. It is a new style of ski holidays and I doubt you’d every go back to normal afterwards
