Very comfortable accommodation. High quality extensive buffet meals for breakfast and dinner; afternoon tea after a day on the slopes was very welcome. Staff were lovely - very interactive with our kids aged 5 and 8. Location good - 200m walk down hill to chairlift, with lockers at base (+50 euros). If you need to use the gondola (absolute beginner), it's another 300m to the gondola which feels far in boots. Wifi great in reception, but poor in rooms on 4th floor - I understand this is being fixed. Very hot at night on 4th floor, even with radiators off, because everyone underneath you has radiators on - by leaving window open at night, we could get to reasonable temperature.

Great Hotel, staff, food & service, having stayed here 5x times now, always loved it. Most recent visit this year was not the same, hotel has become very geared towards familys/ kids so it was like staying in a day care with kids everywhere, won't be on list to return to.

Had a brilliant time has Hotel Clos, staff were all brilliant, my kids actually wanted to go to Kids club which is testament to how fun this kids staff made the experience. Lots of effort to put on some entertainment in the evening (didn't feel forced). Will be back!
