There were a few things that let our second stay down here. The staff (notably Tom) and food was exceptional. However, no WiFi for 3 days, arrived to a room with buckets and towels outside due to a leak -not a great 1st impression. Also shower kept filling up. I don’t think we’ll return as for the price of the holiday the overall experience was a let down for price point

2nd time at La Toviere. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself could do with a thorough deep clean, carpets showing signs of stains and wear. Toilet in the room needed attention on arrival and this was quickly looked at. Milly, the hotel manager, is a credit to the overall running of the hotel, she was friendly and more than helpful. The quiz nights are light hearted fun, the mountain experts were visible and took time to explain the skiing levels available. The proximity to the piste and bus is the main reason we like staying in La Daille - very convenient. The food was good with lots of choice. Some extra bathrobe hooks in the bathroom would be good. Will definitely be staying again next season. Thank you all.

Really great hotel. Friendly staff, nicebar and restaurant. Goid choice of food. Bedrooms ate a bit small with very storage space but no worse than other hotels, not sure where one is supposed to put luggage. However, the location is brilliant, right opposite two main lifts making easy access to both the rest of Val and also Tignes. Bus stop just opposite if you want to go into town. Totally recommend.

The location of the hotel, 3.5 hrs away from Grenoble airport is preferable than being in Val D'Isere, IMO as it is only 3 minutes from the ski room in the hotel basement (next to a lovley Spa) to the funicular and the cabins up to the large skiing area. The reception staff, those in the food and beverage area and the Neilsons reps were fantastic

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times and we feel the quality and cleanliness has gone down hill, the room were not clean (we also mentioned this last time we stayed at this hotel), the quality of the food has gone downhill and just felt very run down and basic.
