Stunning Location, staff we're all incredible and couldn't do enough to help you, Neilson staff also so welcoming and friendly. Kids absolutely loved kids club with small number made it great and flexible on what they wanted to do!! Activities and equipment we're perfect. Having all inclusive and multiple restaurant with no limit is a huge bonus and we loved them all!! Beautiful sunset every evening on the beach and cocktails we're decent 👌 easy to get around, we hired a car to explore the stunning island and lots of tips and advise given by the team. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday- we will be back with Neilson for the fab Activities and kids club alongside a stunning hotel!!

Exceptional service and the most fantastic team, we had the BEST holiday

Disappointed is an understatement. Given the hype, expectations were high. Only to be met with bad communication and a poor add on to an existing hotel set up. We booked the holiday in anticipation of a wonderful break but on arrival the welcome was disjointed between the hotel and Nielson. The watersports we were so looking forward to were so restricted by the location you were better off going for a paddle up to your knees or booking elsewhere which is what we ended up having to do. The buffet was the only food service not pre-booked which was cold and basic with other on site restaurants being impossible to secure. The drinks glasses were washed by hand in front of you in tap water. Bottled water was managed on site and when our daughter got very sick there was no delay in the doctor coming to site, with no questions or even discussion before giving her the strongest of antibiotics to address what she said was a regular occurrence. It was our first Nielson holiday. There is no question it will be our last. Many Nielson regulars also shared the fact 'that is was not like other Nielson holidays and was a not a good example'. If I were to give any advice and you were looking for an all inclusive experience and activities, then please look elsewhere. You can easily secure a better flight experience, better hotel location and activities somewhere else on the island with change to spare. If you like racket sports, they were still building the Padel court, (next to the sewage) and the overall timetable was uninspiring. The electric bike trips were dangerous and again uninspiring as managed in groups with bad traffic on roads. The Nielson site shows all the nice pictures, but have you ever wondered why you don't see any pictures of the bathrooms ? It is because they are reminiscent of those you get in 24 hour garages.
