Nemesis now Products are absolutely stunning and the customer service I received was above and beyond that of most suppliers. My order arrived yesterday and I'm absolutely delighted at the way it was packed, despite it travelling to an island in Greece not one item was damaged!

I have been using nemesis now for a while. There products are brilliant and sell really well. There prices are excellent too. Ordering is straight forward, delivery is fast and hassle free. I will continue to be a customer and would highly recommend them.

This is one of my favorite brands when it comes to home decor. I have quite a few pieces by Nemesis Now, all of them are of exellent quality <3 My recent favourite is 'JAMES RYMAN'S CTHULHU FIGURINE' that one is just outstanding!

Super products fast delivery lovely prices A+1 experience

Working with the Nemesis Now Team used to be great but not so much anymore now.

Apparently I missed an email that they no longer allow selling on Amazon.co.uk for stockists.

Despite this also deleting our listings on the EU platforms (which were not affected by this change but clearly someone doesn’t understand how the Amazon platform works) I complied with their request and asked them to confirm if I managed to delete all listings. A week later no one replied to that email. Not great to leave us in limbo weither or not we’ve managed to do what they asked us to do in order to avoid having our account closed.

Not to mention that supposedly this move done to help independent stockists while when one looks at Amazon nemesis now offers free postage on all their items which is impossible to match for independent stockists.

Sad to see that yet another manufacturer goes down the route of limiting their long term stockists in favour of increasing their own profits.

Furthermore considering catalogues are sent out almost monthly surely such an important change could have been included as a letter with those instead of telling me that it would have cost them too much money and would have been too much work to send out a psychical notice.

I have been a customer of nemesis now for a few years, it has been an amazing experience and customer service and support are excellent. Products are of extremely high quality. Unfortunately, I have had to pull a lot of my stock from nemesis now due to them selling their products on Amazon at (obviously) much reduced cost than I can reduce to due to what I pay for the items. This has caused me to no longer be able to supply many products from nemesis now anymore which is a huge shame. I get too many complaints now on how “it’s cheaper on Amazon” which of course it is when you are buying directly from the (wholesaler). I no longer find it’s beneficial to my business when my wholesaler is my competition.

The quantity of items has really improved recently & I have been super happy with my orders 🖤
