Thought it was painfully easy when I booked my tickets. It just sailed through. However, two weeks later, I just happened to look at the tickets, (which were very difficult to find due to them being on a site called MyJourney, which offered very little) and found out that the price we paid did not include seating or baggage. I then had to go through two separate airlines and four flights and book seats and baggage, Accruing extra cost the whole way. At no point were we ever warned or prompted to book these by Nemrejse. Never again.

Had me take a connecting flight from a different airport than the one they sent me to. There was no warning that these airports were miles apart and their customer support refused to reimburse the costs to get to the other airport, though they added 20% to the travel price.

This is simply the worst customer service i ever experienced in my life ... they never answer the phone .. i will simply never use this website again.

I am very much dissatisfied with their lack of professional behavior by ignoring our complaints.
If you are looking for serious guys, trustworthy ones, they are not a good choice, better saving your breath and your money by buying with better agencies. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
