I had 2 sticks made to measure and love them both cannot fault neo walk at all

I got the Champagne Fizz as it was stick of the month and I got Rubber Ducky as it was on clearance and I really wanted a bright yellow one.
Both canes are nice quality and solid, beautifully made. Rubber Ducky is a lovely warm yellow, and I can see me using it.
My only gripe and it really isn't, is that I couldn't get a clear ferrule as they were out of stock: customer service were very kind.
No matter. I'll snag another soon.

This is my first walking stick I didn't know where to start but you had answer to all my questions and and I'm very happy with my stick would of like more information on handles but that's just me I think I'll choose a different handle next time but there will definitely be a next time 🤩

I ordered my first walking stick from here and it was the wrong size. I asked for a refund and I only got refunded for the stick and not shipping. Really disappointing.

I ABSOLUTELY adore my pink stick, I feel proud to use it whereas before I was embarrassed to use a stick.
I went to London last week, and random people was stopping me in the street & complimenting me on my stick & saying how pretty it is. Pink is very me.
I will be ordering again and starting a collection/accessories.

I received my walking stick quickly, and the overall craftsmanship is nice. The cane feels solid and well made, and the wristlet is beautiful and well constructed. (honestly, love the wristlet!)
However, the design I received (mystery purchase) has a raised, ridged texture along the grip and shaft that makes it uncomfortable to hold for extended use with my medical conditions. Additionally, the ridged surface prevents the wrist strap from attaching securely, which limits functionality. I should have researched a little better I guess.

While the quality and shipping were great, the cane isn't something I will be able to use due to the aesthetic design.

Quick delivery, funky colour - Nebula - I love it and will probably soon become addicted to buying a stick for every outfit!

Super cute canes and have received a lot of compliments. Very sturdy and feels nice in the hand. Only complaint is the grip is not nice looking and the end piece keeps coming off. I’m afraid I’m going to lose it.

I waited years to buy from Neowalk, going through cheaper (noisy) 'fold- up' sticks because of a complex mix of internalised ableism and not needing a stick every day for my disability. By folding and hiding my stick, hoping i wouldn't need it, i wasn't listening to my body's needs either. When my Neowalk arrived and i was able to test walk it, a huge shift happened within me and it truly was the best thing I'd done for myself as a disabled person. It's SILENT and beautiful and feels like the art i need it's support to see, not an embarrassing thing. The quality is top notch, the service is great and the experience has changed how I treat myself now. Thank you so much.

I ordered two sticks and two wrist straps. The order arrived super fast and they are absolutely beautiful! The perfect length, really high quality and stunning looking. Something really different. The price point is great too for something this good. I can't wait to show them off in hospital ha ha ha. Makes having to use a stick fun. Loads of choice. I went for the transparent purple and the swirly pink one, also got matching pink and purple chain straps.
