Purchased a valve cover for Mini Cooper S with gaskets and PCV already installed. Quality part which fitted perfectly and is as good as the original part for a fraction of the price. Impressed.

Spoke to Neo Brothers on the phone, twice - got straight through both times. Spoke to someone who knew what they were talking about. I needed a part that wasn’t yet in stock, but was expected soon. I was told the day the shipment was expected to arrive with Neo Brothers, and that the part would be dispatched next day, unless there was an unexpected delay with the shipment. I got my part the next morning, on time and as expected. Can’t fault the service.

Part was exactly as described and arrived quickly. Easy to fit and meant car could pass it's MOT. Really liked the fact that I could check it against the registration plate so I could be sure it was correct. Would use again.

Great company to buy from, they're my go to

2nd issue with a part from NeoBrothers, giving me a 100% failure rate with purchases. Last issue was with a faulty rocker cover for n14 r56, was very hard to arrange replacement (although accepted in the end) which included having to buy a new part, while the old one was inspected.

On this occasion my “OE” HPFP has failed after 23 months and under 10k miles. They have advised that warranty is 12 months. These “genuine” parts are considered to fail prematurely when they do so at 40k miles and expected life is 80k.

At least these can be refurbed now, which wasn’t the case a couple of years back..

Again probably best to avoid these guys, shame as there is a niche in the market for decent BMW mini spares. If they could address their quality and customer service.
