Poor customer service and even poorer common sense.
I placed an order for a custom neon sign.
I gave the exact colour code of my brand and a graphic image of my logo.
They then showed me a mock-up, and I approved.
They then showed me a PDF document with different colour codes, asking - "Are these colours ok?" (this was days after my first approval) I should have seen the warning signs.
I replied - "The colour is scarlet, did you see the colour code?"
They believed "F2" would be a match.
I then asked what colour they used in the mockup, they claimed it was F2.
What I received was nothing like the mockup. The colour of my brand is RED Scarlet. I received a bright pink neon sign.
After waiting a week, going back and forth about it. I expressed that I wanted to do was swap the sign and get the proper colour. I didn't want a refund. They weren't prepared to do that as any respectable business would.
So they told me to raise a formal complaint.
I did.
It's been 15 days, and they haven't bothered to respond. Now, they will respond to this because it's public.
Summary:
- They provide custom-branded signs. You would do everything in your power to make sure it matched. Especially since shipping takes so long
- There was no ownership taken. I provided multiple screenshots and images to ensure the colour was correct.
Poor experience and my advice would be to buy local to you.

Prior to production, we shared multiple visuals, including a real LED tube example of the exact "F2 Red" you selected, which was approved by you.
When you raised concerns about the final product, we cross-checked it thoroughly and confirmed that the color matched what was approved during the design process. Despite this, we went above and beyond to offer a resolution by proposing to remake the sign for you at cost price—an offer made in good faith to address your expectations. Unfortunately, this was declined, and it seems further blame has been directed toward us.
We are committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. While we believe we handled this situation fairly, we are open to further resolving this matter if you feel there are additional steps we can take.
