I’ve been waiting for over a week
I’ve been waiting for over a week, finally had an update today saying order fulfilled but I’ve not had delivery. The tracking number does not register with Royal Mail & automated messaging is ridiculous on their website.. can’t actually speak to anyone… Where’s my order?

Still awaiting delivery, perhaps adding an option to pay for quicker, more reliable delivery would be helpful instead of relying on Royal Mail

Good quality sunglasses to fit your day to day needs
Haven’t received ed them yet. It’s been two weeks since order.
Updated: received glasses after all. Was some lag with logistics companies, so took about 5 weeks i think.
Regarding glasses; they are really good and solid quality. 4 month after purchase: still solid and no scratches. Definitely good choice!

Glasses turned up after my holiday so not a quick service. Seem to be ok in our autumn sun shine! Nice finish to them, look good on and feel comfortable.

Just received the sunglasses today
Just received the sunglasses today (3rd Nov 2021) which is about 12 days after receiving notification that it is on the way to me on the 22nd Oct 2021 using standard Royal Mail which normally takes 3 to 5 working days. Other than that the product is as advertised. Happy with the product but not on the delivery time.
