AVOID! I honestly feel helpless and lost at the hands of this company

I strongly recommend that you stay very well clear of this company.

They are incompetent, they cannot complete any task fully. The website is full of bugs and problems and we are into our second year now.

We paid for hosting a year ago now, originally this was for a functioning site that had products listed on it that we moved over to this company on the hope of false promises of a website redesign. Since this we have not had a website capable of listing products for now over a year. I was asked to pay for an additional years hosting a few days ago which is just not on. I will not pay to host a site that we cannot use.

The departments do not communicate with one another. Various employees that are supposed to be working together don't even seem to know who one another are. They leave the company with no word or go on annual leave and do not get anyone else to see to things while they are away. (I also do not think at times that any annual leave was undertaken but this was just a cover up for not replying to messages).

Emails do not get replied to for weeks, sometimes never.

It is causing a strain on my business and we are losing a lot of money because of this company.

Weeks continue to go by with more problems arising and longer periods taken for them to be fixed.

I honestly feel helpless and lost at the hands of this company, I feel like there will never be an end to this, this not something you want in you day to day business or any aspect of your life.

Failed to deliver on all aspects

* 22nd MARCH 2016 *
Still no joy with this company. Asked for a refund back in October and they asked me to give them longer to sort issues out. As I was approaching my busy sales period for Christmas I left them to it as I could no longer afford to devote so much time. In February 2016 I checked if they had done anything over the 4 months and everything was exactly as before with none of the issues resolved. I sent them an email on 10th Feb to which they replied on 11th saying all the issues were my fault for not understanding how the system worked. They told me that my variations had no unique SKU code and that my International listings also had no SKU code that would enable them to deduct stock for an International sale. I replied on 12th that all my items and variations of items had a unique SKU code and the same SKU was used whether I listed on the UK site or an International site and also the same SKU was used across all my sales channels and referred them to an email I sent to them on 3/10/15 confirming this. They replied on the 17th to try to dissuade me from taking the legal route and I replied to this on the 18th to say unless I received a refund within the week I would be seeking legal advice. There has been no refund issued and no further communication from the company. They did, however try to get this review removed on 15th March but as can be seen it has been reinstated.

* 1ST OCTOBER 2015 *
Still no refund from this Company. Had a telephone conference with their representative and development team on 28th September. Meeting scheduled for 1 hour lasted barely 15 minutes and only covered a couple of the issues (no import of listings from ebay and no stock synch between sales channels). Was told they would sort out overnight and I would get a call next day. Have had no contact with them since. ebay import now done - but incorrectly making imported listings useless. Worse - they have updated some stock quantities on ebay incorrectly and have stopped some of my ebay listings for no reason - which means I have now lost all recent sales data for these items

* ORIGINAL POST FOLLOWS *
We were contacted by Neoteric UK on 12/05/15 about building us a website to sell our products from. We were told this website would also integrate with both our eBay and Amazon stores and allow us to control listings of products, stock inventory and shipping all from one central control panel. After numerous discussions they produced a detailed proposal.
The key details and requirements were as follows (copied from the proposal):
"The client requires a professional and impressive website to be used as a web shop for retail and trade customers. The site needs to be at today’s standards of being mobile friendly and all the features of that industry.
1. Bespoke mobile friendly design (responsive)
2. SEO friendly
3. Comprehensive administrative CMS control (with the control of the Multichannel store) built with Magento
4. Ebay & Amazon Integration (including overseas sites)
5. Royal Mail BMO (PPI) Integration Module
6. Product import from ebay (3rd party listings)
7. Reviews (Trusted and Google Approved) "
We stressed at the time that we wanted to be up and running by October ready for our Christmas sales. We were told the whole development would take approx. 8 weeks. The contract was signed and 60% of the cost paid upfront on 20th May.
We discussed initial website designs and several static example pages were produced quite quickly and we agreed on a general design on the understanding that these were just generalised and we could change certain information later. On 22nd June the initial website design was agreed so we had to pay a further 20% of the cost.
A project manager gave us 2 training sessions via telephone on the Magento CMS Panel each about 1 hour long. One on the 10th July (how to add a new product) the other at the end of July (about our business policies). During these sessions we started to have a few doubts about the company as many of our questions could not be answered.
It then went quiet for a few weeks. We assumed that Neoteric were working in the background importing our eBay products into the system and testing and finalising website design. In August, getting a little concerned that we had had no contact, we logged into the Magento CMS Panel to have a look. We spent a considerable amount of time looking through the Catalog and checking Sales Orders and comparing this with our actual eBay/Amazon sales. To our disappointment we could not see that any work had been done and produced a report that we sent to Neoteric on 27th August:
1. There had been no full product import from eBay. Products were only being imported into the Magento Catalog when a sale occurred on either eBay or Amazon.
2. The products that were imported were missing a lot of vital information such as Brand, Colour and Size (size was always set to ‘48’)
3. Stock levels were often different between Magento, eBay and Amazon so no stock synchronisation was occurring.
4. Not all sales orders from eBay or Amazon were being captured by the Magento system – in fact none of our International Amazon orders were being captured at all
5. Sales on international eBay sites were coming into Magento with no conversion of the currency. If it sold on eBay US site for $30 it would come into Magento as £30.
6. When a sale occurred on eBay and the product imported into Magento it would set the stock quantity in Magento to the total sold amount and not the quantity remaining.
7. We could not find anywhere within the Magento CMS where there appeared to be any integration with the Royal Mail DMO system for producing shipping labels.
We received an email from someone who said they were the manager of the Support department saying they were disappointed with the lack of communication and that they would immediately look into it. Several days later we were telephoned and told our original project manager had left the company and we should have been allocated a new one. They apologised and said they would like to get the problems resolved. We then ran through a few configuration details on the Magento CMS and we were told these should resolve most of the problems. We were then given a website address where we could view our test website and were told to look at it over the weekend (it was now Friday 4th September) and go back to them with any comments/changes.

We started to look at the new website but it quickly became obvious that there was still a huge amount to be done. We therefore took the decision that the website should wait until the other problems were resolved ready for our October deadline and emailed Neoteric on the 11th September to tell them to concentrate their efforts on resolving the eBay/Amazon/Royal Mail integration issues first.

We then exchanged several emails with Neoteric. First they said their developers resolved problems within 5 working days of being notified of them. This deadline expired with still not a single issue resolved. Then they informed us we had to install a file to get the Royal Mail DMO integration working so we asked for the file but it was not sent. They then informed us that we did not need the DMO module as they had already configured the Royal Mail Despatch Express module. Not knowing what Despatch Express was we googled it to find that this system had been withdrawn by Royal Mail in February 2013. By this time we had lost faith in the company so we gave them a deadline that we expected to see some real progress by 18th September or else we would be cancelling the contract.

On 17th September they emailed us to say that they had yet again re-configured the system and all our problems would be resolved within 24 hours. We tested again 24 hours later to find not a single issue had been resolved so we emailed back to say we were cancelling the contract and wanted a refund. They then emailed us to say they had tested the system and certain issues were resolved, some they could not replicate and some were our fault for not entering Brand and UPC information on some of the products. So, yet again, we went through the issues and not a single problem had been resolved and we sent back very specific examples where products had been imported incorrectly; where certain orders from eBay or Amazon were still not being captured and that when we tried to print shipping labels we got an error. Also, a complete product import from our eBay store had still not happened – only products that had had a recent sale had been imported. In response to the problem that we had not entered Brand information on a product they referred to a specific item in the Magento Catalog. We therefore checked the product in our eBay store only to find Brand information was there – they had not imported it correctly.

We therefore cancelled the project and asked for a complete refund but they refused.

We strongly recommend that you avoid using this company, totally unacceptable experience.

20th October 2015 Update
=====================
As mentioned in my original review. We requested a full refund from NeotericUK which they point blank refused to provide. Fortunately for us we had paid using a credit card and so we were able to take up this dispute with the credit card company to resolve. It was a bit of hassle and time consuming but I had all of the necessary supporting evidence which was provided to the credit card company. This was reviewed and to cut a long story short we managed to get all of the money back from the credit card company.

Therefore I strongly recommend that should you decide to use NeotericUK that you ensure that you make all payments using a Credit Card. At least that way the credit card company will help you in trying to get your money back when things go wrong.

09th Sept 2015 - Original Post
=======================
This is an honest and truthful review by a real company that have already paid NeotericUK 50% up front.

The aim of the review is to clearly document both the positive and negative experiences of using NeotericUK so that whoever is reading this review can make an informed decision.

I will apologise in advance for the length of this review, I felt it was important to provide you with the necessary information in order to make an educated judgement for yourself.

This was a project that should have taken no more than 16-20 weeks to complete. As you will see if you read this review the project started in December 2014 and we ended up aborting the project in June 2015 after 26 weeks. There were a number of reasons why we felt we had no option but to abort the project.
1. NeotericUK continually failed to meet delivery dates.
2. We feel we were mislead throughout the project by the Support Manager. He wasn’t completely truthful in communication. This resulted in us losing trust and confidence in NeotericUK.
3. When NeotericUK finally provided us with a completed project ready for ‘Go Live’ we tested it and concluded that the project was of poor quality with many issues and the general consensus was to scraped the project as trying to salvage it wasn’t going to be cost effective.

After aborting the project we then took the same requirements to another UK based digital agency. They started the design work in June 2015 and the project was delivered early in August 2015 taking only 6 weeks from the start to finish. What they delivered met with all of our requirements and we were finally in a position to start selling our products.

We simply can't answer the question why it had taken NeotericUK 26 weeks to develop our project and yet it still wasn’t fit for purpose and yet the new company delivered within 6 weeks a fully functioning website. We fully appreciate that we had to pay more to the new digital agency than NeotericUK were charging. That cost however in the long run was negligible in comparison to the impact cost that NeotericUK caused to our business in failing to deliver a fit for purpose website within a reasonable timeframe.

In hindsight an old saying sums it up for me ‘You pay peanuts you get monkeys!!!’

We have requested a full refund but this has been rejected.

Our recommendation is again based solely on our experience. We strongly recommend that you avoid using this company.

If however you chose to ignore our recommendation and please feel free to do so then please ensure that you protect yourself by do the following: 1. Make sure all Payment are made using a Credit Card. At least that way the credit card company will help to try and get your money back as these guys will not refund your money.

2. Ensure that you have a contract drawn up by a solicitor that stipulates penalty clauses for late or failure to deliver on time and to a standard.
3. Ensure that you get everything in writing from NeotericUK throughout the project.
4. Ensure that NeotericUK provide you with a copy of the project plan including all milestones and deliverables.
5. Ensure they provide you with a weekly written status report detailing issues, concerns, action points and an updated project plan.
6. Before making a final payment have your website reviewed by at least two reputable Independent digital agencies that specialise in web developments on the given platform.

THE GOOD
----------------
The Good (Summary)
We feel it is only fair to first identify what NeotericUK are good at which in our experience was as follows:
• The knowledge of the business/sales development manager and his ability to sell a product and a service.

The Good (Detailed)
Our initial contact with NeotericUK was in November 2014. We were in the process of speaking to a number of UK digital agencies with the aim of selecting one of them to help design and build an online fashion store that would meet with our requirements. I had quite a long conversation with the NeotericUK business/sales development manager who appeared to be very knowledgeable about his subject and was certainly very convincing in his company’s ability to deliver a system that would meet all of our requirements and would be completed within 3-4 months from the project starting. This was quickly followed up by providing us with a project proposal document that supported what we had discussed.

As part of our due diligence we carried out varies checks in our selection process with the aim of identifying the digital agency that we felt best understood what we were trying to achieve and that could deliver a website that would meet out requirements and be delivered within the specified timeframe of 3-4 months and be within our budget.

We reduced the selection to a couple of companies and debated this for a couple of days and decided the best course of action was to actually speak to each company again to gain clarity around any concerns we had. We spoke to the NeotericUK’s business/sales development manager again in order to address our concerns. The explanations that we were provided were very plausible and convincing as were most of the things that he told us. Now with our minds put to ease we selected NeotericUK as the company to use and we signed the required paperwork and paid the required 50% ‘up front’ project cost. NeotericUK assigned us a Project Manager and the project started in early December 2014.

THE BAD
-------------
The Bad (Summary)
Having first identified the positives it is now only fair to point out the Bad/Negatives based solely on our experience of working with and dealing with NeotericUK.
• Poor Quality and Lack of attention to detail.
• Project Mismanagement.
• Mismanagement of Client expectations.
• Lack of Resources.
• Mislead by the Support Manager regarding the status of the project.
• Poor customer service, frequently told that someone will call back which often didn’t happen.
• General avoidance to answer my emails or take phone calls when issues occurred.
• Happy to verbally agree things but avoided actually put things in writing.
• Continually missing agreed deadlines.
• Product delivered as ready for ‘Go Live’ wasn’t fit for purpose.

Poor Quality and Lack of Attention to Detail
The Project Timeline contained in the project proposal document clearly indicates that the Design phase should take no more than 4 weeks to complete. We appreciated that this is an iterative process that needs to be correct. Therefore even if you were to allow 6 weeks for completion taking into account that there was the Christmas and New Year holiday period. The Design phase should have been completed by approximately 16/01/2015 having started on 05/12/2015. The Design Phase actually took far longer than it should have taken and was finally signed off 20/03/2015. This was as a direct result of the poor quality and a lack of attention to detail from the design resources that were being used for this phase. We spent a considerable amount of time providing detailed design specifications that were reviewed and agreed by the Support Manager and yet they still continually failed to deliver what was being asked of them.

Missed the Initial ‘Go Live’ Date 24/04/2015
The design was finally signed off and the next phase in the project was the Integration Phase which started on 22/03/2015. We were informed by the Support Manager that this would take a maximum of 4 weeks and that the initial 'go live' date of the 24/04/2015 was still achievable as more resources would be focused on our project to ensure that it was delivered on time.

Our weekly status meetings continued and throughout and the Support Manager continually reassured us that the project was on schedule and would still go live on the 24/04/2015 regardless of the design phase taking longer than it should have. Based on these reassurances we purchased our launch stock, being a fashion retailer this was seasonal stock for the spring/summer period and we also employed another person full time.

Even in the last week before the 24/04/2015 we were still getting reassurances from the Support Manager that our project would go live on time and we had nothing to worry about.

Unfortunately it didn’t even get close!!!!
==============================

Missed the Second ‘Go Live’ Date 18/05/2015
Based on the failed delivery, we had a crisis meeting with the Support Manager and explained that we had lost confidence in NeotericUK’s ability to deliver and manage the project and that we were looking to move the project to another company that we felt could deliver the project within what was now a very tight timeframe.

The Support Manager convinced us to give him the opportunity to review the project and the outstanding tasks and to provide a realistic date by when they could complete the project. We were informed that this review was carried out and that additional development resources were being assigned to our project and that the project would ‘Go live’ by the 18/05/2015.

Again they failed to deliver on time!!!!
=============================

In our opinion the project was mismanaged as were our (client) expectations.
Throughout the week leading up to Friday 17/05/2015, I continually tried to contact the Support Manager as I was extremely concerned that the project was supposed to ‘Go Live’ and yet very little if any progress was evident. My attempts to contact the Support Manager by both emails and phone calls were failing to be answered. Finally, on Friday (17/05/2015) at 17:25 I actually spoke to Support Manager and decided to note the conversation as I knew it was going to be an interesting one. I asked a very simple question, “ Is our project still on schedule to go live tomorrow?” to which I was told “Yes, everything is on schedule you have nothing to worry about”

As you can imagine I was furious by this answer. Having been an IT professional for over 20+ years it was very evident to me that this project wasn’t in a position to go live. My IT background meant that the Support Manager simply couldn’t continue to try mislead me. I had full access to the CMS backend and I could see that a large number of required components/extensions still hadn’t been integrated into the system. It was at this point he finally accepted that the project wasn’t in a position to go live and he started to give a number of reasons as to why this had occurred including lack of organisation and management diverting resources to other higher priority projects etc...

The integration phase still wasn’t completed by the 4th of June having spent over 10 weeks on this phase which should have taken at maximum 3 weeks.

As mentioned the Support Manager in his list of excuses for the failed delivery had mentioned that MD had diverted resources to higher priority project and that it was out of his control. I therefore asked the Support Manager for the contact details of the MD or his Line Manager as I needed to escalate this issue. I was informed that it was against company policy to give out their contact details. I thought this was an interesting company policy in light of such a serious customer issue. It appears that there is no escalation process for the customer.

Undeterred the details of one of the two MD’s was fairly easy to find with a few searches of the internet.

I contacted one of the MD’s of NeotericUK via email and provide him with a very detailed time line of events. I wanted to ensure that he was fully appraised of the situation, the history and the current status of this project before our conversation.

We had that conversation on 19th of May, the MD was apologetic that the project was delayed and he explained that this was due to a number of internal issues and not related to anything that we had done or had control of. The MD reassured me that this was a one off and that he would do everything in his powers to put things right so long as we gave his company the opportunity to resolve the issue and to get our project live. He gave me a personal assurance which I accepted.

He said he would be speaking to his partner who is the other company MD who I will refer to from herein as MD2. He is apparently in charge of all the technical and development aspects of the business and between them they would put together an action plan to resolve this unfortunate situation.

MD2 contacted me and informed me that he is taking over the project and that I would be dealing directly with him from now on. We were informed that a new project review had been carried out and that all of the outstanding tasks would be resolve and the project would be completed by the end of the week 31/05/2015. This certainly appeared to be a positive move in the right direction.

That week we finally saw a lot of activity on our project. In addition to our original request we had also purchased 3 additional extensions that needed to be installed and configured. These new components were installed.

Finally we were informed by MD2 that all of the work on our project was completed. NeotericUK provided us with what was supposed to be a completed website ready for 'Go Live'. At this point we carried out some basic testing which unfortunately failed. We then carried out a detailed review of the work provided in order to try and ascertain the true status and based on the findings it was concluded that the development wasn’t complete and wasn’t fit for purpose.

In June 2015 we felt we had no other option but to write to NeotericUK to cancel the project and to request a full refund. The refund was rejected by NeotericUK and they said that they were going to continue with the project regardless.

I'm not sure if they continued or not as in our opinion we had given them ample opportunity to resolve issues and ample time to deliver and they failed to do so.

I hope this helps, it is a truthful review based solely on our experience of NeotericUK

Great final product, but total lack of support

Firstly I have to say I am very pleased with the finished result of my website. It looks great and is very user friendly.
However this is where my compliments end. There has been a total lack of support during the build of the site, regularly there was no response or a rude email. If I called I was often told I would be called back, to no avail.
The initial support was good, they spent a lot of time with me teaching me how to use the console, however this only covered the very basics. I had to go on a further training course to fully understand the site.
The project overran by 5 months. Partly due to my indecisions, and partly due to the lack of attention to the design brief. I felt that requests for design amendments were taken in a disgruntled manner and they were pleased to be rid of me.
If you are a seasoned magento user, or have a more in-depth knowledge of website development these guys are good at getting a nice looking finished product. However if your a total newbie, the support is lacking.

Labour of love - OoberKidsRepublic upgrade

Chetan Salian of Neoteric UK has taken over the development of my company's website in the spring and has successfully completed it today, having overseen the migration of the 'test site' on Amazon's AWS. The website is now live.

Today marks the end of a four-month-journey.

The new website, OoberKidsRepublic, is now ready for a new school year and looks much better. The project involved adding new and key features, such as animation, integrating explainer videos, streamlining the registration process, integrating external links to our educational portal, reviewing communication dynamics with customers and it has taken a few meetings.

Throughout the process, Chetan has shown good will, competence, resourcefulness and leadership skills, taking responsibilities for his team's actions, not only his own.

He has also taken an emotional stake in the development of the new OoberKidsRepublic, which marks a new phase for the company. I could tell he cared about the new product.

Having understood how important it was to me, he has not only done a good job from a technical point of view, but has also gone the proverbial extra mile, to ensure everything was as I wanted it and making sure that I understood every stage of the project. This has given me much needed peace of mind.

I can see this has been an emotional as well as technical challenge for Chetan, but it is also one that he has discharged well and responsibly.
Kudos.

I recommend Chetan to the community, knowing he will work hard and well.

MD, OoberKidsRepublic

Excellent

We opted to go with Neoteric UK, as they seemed to understand our project better than their competitors.

I am pleased to say this was an excellent decision as the team have worked tirelessly on our website. The end result is a fantastic e-Commerce site which functions in exactly the way that we were told it would do.

What impressed me most about Neoteric UK was the amount of time they put into our project. The data we had was not great, and it was a daunting task of trying to make the data workable, as I did not know where to start on it, thankfully Wayne had a clear plan on how to fix it and he ended up making it pretty simple so even I could do it.

The Magento training has been excellent, I know how to fully work my complex website, which also powers eBay and Amazon. Neoteric UK have given us an excellent chance to grow our business with increased web sales.

I recommend them to any business who has alot of data to put on their website but do not know where to start. They took the stress out of it for us. A massive thank you to all the team at Neoteric UK, especially Wayne and Nick

Excellent service - Very good follow-up

We have been working with Neoteric now for over two years, since deploying the initial design of our new website which we are delighted with. We provided the work specification (detail) as to precisely what was required and they delivered the website in good time. Many elements of the website were bespoke, i.e. custom requirements. Siva always worked through the list methodically and implemented any fine adjustments that we requested and Wayne was also very fast to deal with any additional work orders. This morning I have just emailed Wayne regarding an amendment and he responded with the hour, so excellent customer service.

Well done guys, keep up the brilliant work.

Excellent, Efficient and Professional, a real pleasure to work with Neoteric UK

Neoteric stood out from the start. I approached 7 companies following on-line research and personal recommendations from friends.

After discussions and questioning I decided that the quote from Neoteric would deliver value for money and its engagement process through the development stage was right for me and my business.

I found Neoteric to be good listeners, extremely efficient and accepted constructive feedback openly. My account manager Casper and the designer Emir ensured that professionalism shone through at all times.

My recommendation would be to approach them, ensure they fully understand your needs and timeframes, then once you are blown away by the quote step back and let them deliver,

Great Work, Great Support

We started working with Neoteric about 3 years ago, we wanted to create a new website and decided to use Neoteric. They delivered our concept in the time frame and also communicated very well with us during the project.
They advise that they were able to offer us moving forward has been invaluable in our business as our business has now migrated mainly to online sales and with there support we have managed to grow our business. We would recommend this company solely on the basis of there professionalism and customer support.

WARNING :Honest and hard working people should be protected from dodgy company like Neoteric UK

We gave Neoteric UK more than 13k pounds for our start-up Website (90% of the amount). When we made our agreement in April 2013, we were told by Neoteric that the work would be finished well before 5 May 2014. This has not happened.

WebSite has been with Neoteric for more than 2 years and we are still not on live. The truth is the Website is far from finished, full of bugs and very fragile. It is completely un-exploitable for us. So far, we feel like we have been wasting too much time and energy with them. Project is not at all moving forward.

The would-be "support manager" keeps on saying development is in progress, documentations are very clear and understood; but in the end you get no delivery and no serious justification for the delivery failures. Too many times I was told by the company that the project will be completed by the due date, and too many times they failed to deliver. What we have is a support manager making up excuses and running away from the phone. They keep promising things but they are always miles away from the delivery date and deadlines they committed on. As it stands right now, no progress at all has been observed by us, absolutely no delivery has been made since December 2014 and no project timeline established. It has been a long series of delivery failures and postponed delivery dates without explanation or consistent communication.

Also, we wrote to both directors and we have not received any response. It looks to us they are playing games.

We are now fed up of this mess. The lack of professionalism, communication, project management and of course progress put me in a situation where I can no longer trust and do business with them.

We are asking anyone that has experienced similar problems to contact or text us on 07/813/151/213. Many thanks-

!!!!Update 27/05/15 : I previously removed this post because NEOTERICUK
promised ONCE AGAIN to deliver on the 25/05/15. They did not. Typical ! This is again another "delivery failure and postponed delivery dates without explanation or consistent communication". Deja Vue !

Excuse was :" unfortunately I have been in a meeting throughout the day. We need to talk to run through all the changes. Can we arrange a time, please? ". On the following day, no delivery was made and no call was organized. That’s typical! We have already gone through that. We have many emails from them going through the same "excuse" scenario again and again. Always have something to delay delivery further.

I also encourage anyone that has experienced similar problems to report them on BBC watchdog here : [external reference]

This will add up to the case

UPDATE - 24/06/15
NeotericUK has recently delivered significant functionalities and bug fixes. Important progress has been made. It looks like we are back on track. However we still find the customer services very poor ( in term of feedbacks, communication and project plan, etc..). At the moment, we are behind the project timelines and go Live is scheduled for the 29/06/2015. We are hopeful that we will make it. We will update as soon as we have more info.

Great value for money & service

I'm not given to fulsome praise but Neoteric listened to what we wanted, understood a complex operation and provided a great quote in a short space of time. We did have a issue over the database timing but who doesn't have glitches - it's how it's dealt with that matters and Shoaib at Neoteric took ownership and dealt with the issue promptly and professionally - I would recommend the company as one that will deliver at a fair price and support you through the process.
