Great store, superb examples of room configuration and inspirational ideas
Pity the staff were to busy chatting to engage with a potential client!

We drove up to the Bristol showroom and met with Rachel the designer and her assistant Sophie. It didn't take too long to choose the style of kitchen from the choice there (we chose a mixture of styles) and then the layout. It's a very small kitchen so not much space for being inventive but the beautiful curved cupboards at opposite ends work well, look beautiful and add a lovely designer touch. We visited Bristol again and to-ed and fro-ed a bit with ideas and arrived eventually at a lovely design. A beautiful design book was presented so we had plenty of time to look and look again and check that it was exactly what we wanted. Neil was involved when we got closer to the fitting and was incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. When the day came, all the cupboards, shelves, lights, cooker, hob, dishwasher, wine cooler arrived boxed up and Alex spent three and a bit days installing it all- great care was taken and a splendid chap to work with - the work top space was laser measured then and fitted seamlessly shortly afterwards. Louise then came and did the Neptune painting finish and I could then start working in the kitchen.

There was always someone to respond to an email or twelve and phone calls were dealt with quickly. I very soon got the confidence that Neptune would do its utmost to make the journey as easy as possible for me.

Were there any surprises: Yes...a couple of clever design bits in the drawers and shelves that just delight me every time I use or look at them - I was a little cautious about spending so much on something I wasnt sure would work but it has been brilliant and I would not hesitate to take Rachel's advice on things like this in future.

I recently had a Chichester kitchen fitted by Neptune in my Listed Grade II* house. All the Neptune staff who worked on the project were very professional and knowledgeable and went out of their way to both accommodate and appreciate the "quirks" of the space into which the new kitchen was fitted. The whole process went smoothly and all involved kept to the agreed timetable, so the whole experience was stress-free and the result is even more lovely than I imagined it would be. Thank you to Rachel, Neil, Arron and Louise and all the cheerful delivery men for doing such a wonderful job!

Neptune Bristol designed and installed our Suffolk kitchen. This is our second kitchen from them (we moved house) and everything has improved since 2017 when we bought our first. A huge amount of care was dedicated to the final design, and although we had a good idea of what we wanted, our designer made some valuable suggestions to finesse the finished look. The project management and timings were impeccable, and we loved the fact that when we had a query it was responded to promptly. The fitter and signature painter were out of the top drawer! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team. Of course, the quality of the product is one of the best out there for the price. Thank you Neptune.

From the moment we chose to buy a Neptune kitchen the whole experience was great. Our designer Tahirah was very helpful and came up with some lovely ideas. The staff in the shop were also helpful with colours and accessories. The installer Toby Duffin and his wife were also great and the installation with the help of Vicki went smoothly. And the kitchen looks great, just what we expected. I’d highly recommend buying a kitchen from Neptune.

Fantastic experience working with the team at Neptune Bristol - Tahirah, Neil and Arron. We are delighted with our new kitchen, and the entire end to end experience from initial designs through to installation have been second to none. Tahirah is an amazing designer, who listened to our needs and translated that into a beautiful space. Neil (the project manager) has made the process smooth, and his attention to detail was impressive! Arron was brilliant in installing the kitchen - tidy, efficient, polite - a pleasure to have in our home.
All in all Neptune have outdone themselves. Thank you!

Excellent in every way!

I expected Neptune kitchen would look great. But what impressed me most was their services and technical support throughout the whole kitchen project. I changed my mind so many times on every details. Tahirah from Bristol shop was incredibly patience and thoughtful in every design details making sure to fulfil my needs in every functional and aesthetics aspect within my budget. Neil and Arron from installation team was thorough, considerate and experienced from first survey visit, final installation to waste collection. I did not buy worktop, sink, tap, electronical appliances and handles from Neptune, they don't have any reservation at all and even went extra miles to make sure the installation went seamlessly. I cannot recommend the Neptune team enough. They were responsive and gave you good and timely advices. While at the same time, they gave you enough time and space for you to make decision comfortably. I enjoyed my new kitchen more than I imagined.

Extremely pleased with my new Neptune kitchen. Tahirah was professional, helpful and extremely pleasant to work with from design to completion. She worked hard to adapt the kitchen units to my requirements within what was not the most straightforward or the largest of spaces.
The installation team led the James was prompt and very professional throughout adapting around a couple of tricky onsite issues to achieve a lovely end result.
Looking forward to making good use of the kitchen.
