Great layouts showing ideas for every room, plenty of parking- what more could you ask for?

We visited the Knutsford store in November, quite a drive from home. The store is beautiful and staff were lovely. We bought a few things and were given a gorgeous Christmas bauble gift as well as a free candle (which smells amazing) for signing up to the online newsletter. Absolutely loved our visit and will definitely be back!

André and Peter were a pleasure. They were friendly and jovial and were attentive to every detail in their manner.

They messaged ahead of time and arrived early in the day which meant I could continue with my day.

They were careful in handling my footstool and I noted they used slippers to enter my apartment which I was very grateful for. I am very happy with my product and with the service. André and Peter had come a long way and had further tracks to take today. Thank you both.

Very helpful and friendly

Purchased a beautiful table and chairs and butchers block plus bar chair to go in my new kitchen. Grace was really helpful in store and also in arranging the delivery. The delivery guys were extremely courteous and delivered very much on time. Thank you

New table for new house. We needed something that would work for two people but extend easily for grandchildren etc. This does the job perfectly, with bench easily stored under extendable table. Delivered and assembled by Clint and Marcin. Two great guys for whom nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful store in Knutsford and friendly staff. Kate was outstanding and so helpful in dealing with our enquiry about some minor touch ups to our gorgeous Neptune kitchen, thanks to the lifetime guarantee.

The staff are wonderful at knutsford and Chrissie was most helpful. I’ve had lots of furniture cushions paint and lamps, lights, etc from here. My only gripe is the prices have become ridiculous the last couple of years and the faux flowers .. well, I was astounded at the cost of the Eucalyptus stems- £45 each!! Where do they get these prices. Really disappointed.

Atrocious service from the Knutsford store over missing part for Pembroke bookshelves. Apparently no Neptune store had had the missing part for the 4 months since we ordered. Really? Only when I asked would I be able to get it if I ordered from the Cheltenham store did we get any anction Also , they managed to send 2 extra shelves and men arrived to pick them up unannounced Monday of this week.
No communication about extra shelves ordered. All in all a very disappointing experience. It is a shame because your products are nice. We already have a 10-seater dining table and chairs from Neptune that we have had for many years.

We have just taken delivery of our new Chichester bedroom furniture and are thrilled with it.
We ordered it from the Knutsford showroom. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and it is a lovely showroom to visit.
Special thank you to Dave and Nev who delivered it today. The large chest of drawers were particularly heavy and they did a fantastic job of getting it upstairs. It was tremendous effort in a confined space.
They made sure we were completely happy and gave advice on how to care for our new furniture before they left.
Our first experience of Neptune has been excellent and we will be ordering more from them before long.

Our new bed head looks lovely. We originally wanted to fix to the bed base but the headboard needs two fittings at each side not the normal one. So we wall mounted it and it was super easy with the high quality oak fittings Neptune provides although the screws were far too short. The delivery men were very professional and polite and were very careful getting up our twisty staircase. Thanks guys!

On my recent visit to Neptune I received excellent service from a lady called Marise’. I found Marise very friendly and helpful , nothing was too much trouble and she made many trips to the stockroom to check availability or offer me other choices. It was a breath of fresh air to receive such a warm welcome and I left feeling very happy . Neptune as a place to visit is a joyful experience as it’s a place of inspiration for anyone looking to create a beautiful home.
