I would just like to take this opportunity to say what excellent service and advice I received when using the in house designer Vicky Hill, who along with her very professional team of people did an amazing job transforming my home. She is extremely talented and has amazing vision and would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of using Neptune for their home.

Hi there. I often shop at Neptune Knutsford and find the staff there so lovely and helpful. In particularly the last time I went there was a lady there that went above and beyond to help me. I only wish I had taken her name the lady was so lovely. It’s such a real pleasure to visit the stores.

Neptune Furniture is timeless and great quality. The Knutsford staff are very helpful and customer service is excellent.

Vicky has worked on our house for over a year and every step of the way she has been brilliant. I would highly recommend her as an interior designer. Vicky’s professionalism and attention to detail has been superb and we look forward to the next stage and future projects at our holiday house.

Vicky has helped us with a complete house renovation over the past 6 months. She is so enthusiastic and full of energy! We needed someone to take over and tell us what to do, and with her positivity and decisiveness, she was perfect for this role. Lovely Neptune products too. We love our new house!

Very friendly staff, lovely showroom full of quality furniture and furnishings. Always feels very homely and a calming place and a great inspiration.

I loved the shop and the all the staff where very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to, Im purchase had to be delivered to me and everything was very straight forward and I’m happy with my purchase

The Neptune colour consultation with Chrissy was excellent. She helped me to choose all the wall colours for our new home. Having not known where to start, she made the experience enjoyable and all the stress was taken out of the task. I am really delighted with the final choices and Chrissy was a joy to work with. Sales & design service excellent with attention to detail, although there were a couple of iccups they were dealt with and corrrected very swiftly by the fitters and management.

The fitters and signature painting specialist were excellent , always very prompt and their work second to none.
Although we couldn’t always get hold of the project management promptly they eventually got back to us and dealt with any matters promptly.

All in all would recommend Neptune

Hi I have recently had a lot of visits to the knutsford Neptune shop where I have had a lot of support with the planning and advice when buying the paint for our kitchen. Stevie has given me a lot of support and advice which has been invaluable. Due to this we returned for more paint and have now decorated our hallway and about to start on our lounge.
Coming to Neptune in knutsford is such a lovely experience and we thank Stevie for all her support whether in store or on the phone .

Great product. Pity it was broken on arrival and had to be taken away again. 5 weeks til a new one arrives. You’d think they’d check it before they set off.

Only recently heard of Neptune in Knutsford. Such a lovely place with beautiful products. Found everything we were looking for and more. Stevie and all the ladies were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

We absolutely love all Neptune products and have bought most of our furniture from you. Knutsford Neptune is always our go to Neptune store. The service is always second to none and there is always a friendly welcome from all the staff. Special mention to Stevie who ordered some lights for us a few months ago. We knew they would be a while before they were in stock but Stevie kept us up to date at each stage and even emailed us to make sure they had arrived at ours when they should have. Thankyou for always making the experience special.

The staff in store are amazing nothing is too much trouble. Very helpful in helping us choose garden furniture. The products are really good quality. The delivery was quick and seamless too. 100% recommend.

Had the best experience/experiences in this store. Vicky Hill is fantastic at everything she does. She has the best ideas!! What a lovely person to get to know too! Can’t wait for more visits and more discussions about interior designs.
