Great fun with Fiona creating a mood board in very relaxed environment . Lots of useful tips and suggestions and plenty of materials to work with. Also enjoyed the company of the rest of the group.

We had such a great experience with Neptune Weybridge and honestly could not recommend them more. From our very first meeting we knew we were in safe hands.

Paul, the store Director at Weybridge, designed our kitchen and was brilliant from start to finish. He really took the time to get to know how we live as a family, and the result is a kitchen that not only looks beautiful but also works perfectly for everyday life.

Natalie, one of the designers, was equally fantastic. She has a brilliant eye for detail and helped us refine all the little choices, from colours and finishes to the small touches that make the whole space feel special.

The craftsmanship of Neptune’s products is second to none, but it was the people at Weybridge who made the experience so enjoyable. A special mention too for the installation and painting team. They were meticulous, tidy, and genuinely lovely to have around.

Our new kitchen has quickly become the heart of our home and we are absolutely thrilled with it. If you are thinking about Neptune, definitely go to Weybridge and ask for Paul and Natalie. You will be in the best hands.

Very helpful staff

I bought an outdoor table from Neptune that has disintegrated to the point where it is dangerous and unusable in no time at all. Their custom service offered no help and failed to take ownership. This reflects on the quality that you can expect from Neptune. Luckily it wasn't a more significant purchase like a kitchen. I will never buy anything from them again.

I have always loved Neptune and having recently moved house to Weybridge I was very happy to find a store on the high street. I have been in the store a number of times already and staff have always been super helpful in offering opinions and options for items in my new home. Most recently though I went in looking for a dining table and got some great advice in store and ended up purchasing the Stratford elipitical table, something that we wouldn’t have thought of unless we had been in store. Thanks again for your help!

First class service throughout in the process of choosing and installing a new kitchen. Big purchases like these can be daunting, but Chris and his team gave us confidence from start to finish that we had made the right choices.

Seeing Neptune’s lovely lounge furniture in the showroom is one thing, incorporating it into your smaller less well proportioned home space quite another! I found using Neptune Weybridge’s interior design service invaluable in redesigning to make best use of our awkward shaped lounge. Fiona, their designer, was so helpful in exploring and drawing up the options to ensure the room was well balanced and the colours, sizes and positioning of all elements worked. We now have a comfortable homely room that we love to use.

Having visited the Neptune in Weybridge on so many occasion's, I can honestly say it has always been a pleasure. My home is enhanced with many lovely items purchased in store. The team are always on hand for advice yet allow the customer to just browse without awkwardness. They have the balance just right! Each visit leaves me uplifted and inspired by the ambiance created so beautifully. I love to visit Neptune when they invite artisans, neighbouring stores and a Local Chef to cook seasonal goodies. Great food on offer whilst I browse!! Heavenly!!

From the initial consultation with Paul to installation of our dream kitchen & utility room our experience was outstanding.
Paul showed extreme patience and understanding of our requirements both in terms of practicality and aesthetics and was mindful of our budgetary requirements, especially as we undertook major building renovation for the project and Paul's coordination with other suppliers and trades was invaluable.
The Neptune products are of high quality and their fitting by Darren and Jake was undertaken with great care and craftsmanship.
Additionally Natalie the interior design consultant at Neptune Weybridge was incredibly helpful with her advice for colours and integrating our existing furniture and pieces.

I had a new utility room designed and fitted by Nicole at Neptune, Weybridge. The whole process was quick and easy. Nicole guided me very well at the start of the process and Darren and Stuart did an excellent job of fitting and painting the units. The quality of the finish is excellent.

Weybridge neptune is definitely my favourite branch, and that is not only due to the products available and craftsmanship but the staff make you feel very special. They are engaging and interested in you as a customer .

Good and personalised service plus good product

my package was carefully and most beautifully wrapped. It was marked Fragile as it contained glassware and delicate foliage.
The courier was most courteous and handed me the packages with care.
Neptune is very special. A little more expensive but my word worth every extra penny.

I recently paid a visit to Neptune in Weybridge with the intention of acquiring a vase and a selection of their high-quality artificial flowers. Admittedly, my eye for such matters is not the sharpest, but I was fortunate to receive assistance from Georgia in-store. I must commend the exemplary service she provided. Her help in selecting both a vase and flowers was truly exceptional. With a discerning eye for detail and an impressive knowledge of the products, she quickly identified options that perfectly suited my needs. Georgia's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. She demonstrated a remarkable understanding of both aesthetics and functionality, which made it easy for me. Such outstanding service deserves recognition, thank-you. I went back in two days later for a second!
