I went to York Neptune this morning…
I went to York Neptune this morning (Tuesday 16th June) we had a warm welcome from Suzanne who then went above and beyond to help us with queries on a piece of furniture we were interested in. We also had help from Suzanne’s colleague whose name I didn’t get but she had a blue striped blouse.
They were both charming & also advised on the best way to get to York.

Everything perfect! Delighted with our new dining table, chairs, benches and sideboard, couldn’t be happier.
Received excellent service when ordering through the York store and Alfi & Josh were an absolute delight upon delivery.

Great service and quality
The store at York is really well laid out with the furniture displayed in realistic room settings. This makes it easy to choose items for your home. The chair we bought is beautifully made and with a high quality finish. The delivery team (Andre and Steve) were very friendly and helpful, and delivered the item carefully and on time to the room we specified. We have purchased from Neptune before and certainly would again.

Neptune York never let me down
Neptune York never let me down. With their welcoming atmosphere, dog friendly treats for our dog plus a coffee for us to enjoy while we wonder around dreaming. I can never visit Neptune without a purchase be it a candle or a couple of storm lamps. I have also purchased items for my kitchen and flowers. Everything is made to last… 5 * tip top to Neptune style and the staff in York!

Fantastic quality kitchen and amazing staff.
We recently had a Suffolk kitchen from Neptune at York, we are thrilled with the quality of the workmanship on the units and the kitchen finish has surpassed our expectations.
We also ordered the Edinburgh Double washstand which again is beautiful.
The staff at York including Khloe, Hayley and Kayleigh have been wonderful from the initial design experience to the final check in house and the service has been superb.
They have gone above and beyond when we have changed our minds on things along the way, nothing has been too much trouble.
The kitchen fitter and the guy who came to do the final paint on the units have all been great.
We would highly recommend Neptune.
