Neris UK, Unsafe and Unprofessional

I ordered a Neris Big fun from Neris UK. Simon Bolze took the order and assured me that the lead time was 3-4 weeks, the raft arrived 16 weeks later. After getting in touch with Simon he told me that he was waiting to fill a pallet as freight was expensive, I was not informed at the time of ordering that there would be a delay. Initially the raft looked good however the removable skeg mount was badly installed; there was visable glue all over it and some of the edges weren't stuck down. I contacted Simon and his reply was that 'he did the rushed job in cold weather to fit the skeg', he said to heat it with a hair dryer to reactivate the glue and offered no further assistance.
After using the raft twice a glued seam on the main tube became unstuck. I lost confidence in it at this point, it was unsafe and not fit for purpose. Simon was rude and unhelpful when I contacted him. I stated that I wasn't happy with the delay in arrival, poor skeg installation and the seam opening. He replied with 'Ok Will inform factory that you are unhappy with Ukraine being at war delaying everything'. Neris UK's customer service was horrendous and the packraft unsafe. I then had to mesage Simon multiple times for a returns label. Once returned I then had to chase him for the refund. I would strongly advise against dealing with Neris UK.
