Don't even consider buying from them!

I ordered a diet supplement from them. I tried it, and it did nothing. I tried to get a refund becasue I was within 30 days of purchase. I was "working" with Madelyn Weber, who was INCREDIBLY rude and refused the refund. So I put the product away, and thought I would try it again 2 weeks later. IT WAS MOLDY. The lid was screwed on tightly, and it was in a dark closet. I tried again for a refund, and was again very rudely denied. Not only are their products horrible, expensive, but you get treated like a 2nd class citizen when you asf for a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. They may have a product no one else has but its because it's defective or expired. They sent me expired supplements and would only give me a refund if I shipped it back to them - which cost me almost $30. So they basically stole $30 from me. Absolute predatory business practices. I tried to do the right thing by sending it back instead of disputing the charge and they took advantage of that. Awful company

Never received order

Never received order. Tracking showed it was not able to be delivered because of a problem with sender, yet when I contacted them they denied it was their responsibility and would not offer a solution. I am yet to receive anything months down the line and no refund or offer for resolution. DO NOT BUY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

Mailing Cost Scam

Before ordering, when I estimated the shipping cost using their tool it said $6.25 for first class mail. When I went to place the order the only option it allowed for the cheapest shipping was Priority Mail for $16.10. For two small bottles. Seriously?? Will never attempt to order from them again, bait and switch is actually illegal.

Nearly Expired Product

I’m not a muscle head, far from it. I have cancer and am trying to stop weight loss while going through chemo and radiation. I used to love Muscle Milk when I did lift and thought it would help increase my caloric and protein intake.

I purchased two five-pound tubs of MM through NetNutri. They offered a special - spend sixty dollars, or more, save five. Sounded good.

What I didn’t know is the two tubs arrived with expiration dates of less than two months from my receipt. I opened one before I noticed the dates.

I called NN and asked to swap out the unopened one for a fresher tub and they were fine with that, but they wouldn’t pay for shipping back. Of course it’s more costly to ship than discard, so that’s what I’ll do.

I’m not suggesting they’re dishonest, this was my mistake as well, but do we always ask about expiration dates before purchasing? With NN, you need to.

Bought from them in December 2019

Bought from them in December 2019, my item arrived in my country Jan 2020 but I couldn't receive it without invoice.

I contacted their customer service, I called the company, messaged them on Facebook and Instagram. Nothing.

They are impossible to get in touch with and pig ignorant when they do reply. They stole from me.

It's nearly a year now and they finally offered a refund after I reported them to the better business bureau. I sincerely sincerely doubt I'll be seeing that money.

Thieves.
