Evitez cette société : J’ai dépensé presque €4,000 sur un plan de travail Silestone, mais il y’avait une faute avec une des crédences. Six mois pour avoir le remplacement, et quand il est arrive il avait 30% moins d’épaisseur. Refus absolu de remplacer de nouveau. Le service commercial est épouvantable – pas très informé (j’ai dû obtenir le manuel interne de Silestone pour leur expliquer qu’ils avaient tort) et ils doivent être payés pour refuser chaque plainte. Une lutte à chaque étape, et ils essaient de vous faire accepter des erreurs avec des arguments complètement bidons. Donc, prix intéressant, mais il faut prier qu’il n’ya pas de problemès.

Avoid this company : I spent close to €4,000 buying a Silestone worktop, only for there to be a fault in one of the splashbacks. Six months to get a replacement and when it arrived it was 30% thinner. Total refusal to remake it. The customer service is appalling – they are ignorant (I had to get hold of the stone maker’s manual to tell them they were wrong) and they must be paid to refuse any complaint. It was a struggle at every stage, and they try to make you accept errors by coming up with completely ridiculous arguments. So, good price, but pray that there is nothing wrong.

Lovely showroom in the heart of Päris with a great choice of products. The girl I dealt with was very pleasant and very helpful. She also gave good advice on what surface to choose.
However, the installation did not go so well. They had made a mistake in the size and part of the backsplash was too short. Thye remade it and came back to fit it a week later. The new piece is still too short and ruins the look of the rest. It's very badly finished off. A very disappointing and expensive experience all round
