The Worst Insurance Company
Easily the worst insurance company I've ever had dealings with. The only means to contact their office is via email, and all that comes back are arrogant remarks. Trying to cancel a policy within the allowed 30 day time frame is being blatantly ignored. I'd advise people to look elsewhere for their car insurance. Having to now take further action via the KiFiD (Klachteninstituut Financiële Dienstverlening)

absolutely scammer, never ever using these so called (NETPOLIS)
i’ve been insured with NETPOLIS for about 3 years now, during that 3 years i’ve had no claims or “schade” so one never know how good they are with dealing on a claim, but last week i changed my car and from thier website i asked an offer , the premie was around 16 euros, but i received a letter from them stated a much higher premie!
i contacted them (email) they don’t have a phone number !i was very disappointed , they have no respect for their clients, also they don’t want to send me my “no claim discount” years.
i DON’T recommend this insurer to anyone
