Amazing customer service, quick responses, and very reasonable price!! I ordered a total of 30 patches at first, and their customer representative agent Gloria are always very helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. They showed me the sample in less than 20 hours after the payment was cleared. After I approved the sample, it took less than 2 weeks from starting production to me receiving the finished products. The patches are in very high quality, and they gave me 4 extra patches!! Highly recommend this company for everyone that are looking for patch manufacturer! I’m so glad we opted for NetPro Patches as they had the best pricing and quick turnaround on the digital sample/s (no matter how many changes I made.) The payment process was a breeze and the turnaround was super fast (received within a week of payment). I am very impressed with the quality and detail. I have had martial art patches for my studio made locally for about 15 years. Recently I have seen other patches made that had much more detail in them than mine so I decided to look around. I just happened to find NetPro Patches on a google search for embroidery patches. I read their reviews and decide to send them along with a couple of other companies. Their pricing was much better than what I had been paying and although it took us several proofs they got the detail exactly right. They were great to deal with and were very accommodating and polite even when making the most minor adjustments to get what I wanted. I was a bit bit skeptical about sending money before the merchandise but I did not need to worry. They shipped them ahead of schedule and I received them today, only 2 weeks. WOW !! the detail EXACTLY what they had shown me in our emails. If you could see the detail in my patches you would be amazed. They honored the quoted price and I could not be happier. While there were some issues in receiving the package, this company worked tirelessly to remedy the situation and even ended up making more patches for me after the shipping company lost the package. I was pleased with the product. This company cares about its customers.
