Insidious below the line operation - aggressive pricing and cancellation
Hey all. If you are every thinking of using this company I would seriously make sure that you don't.
A client of mine had expired credit card details and without any attempt to contact the client even though they had attempted several times to log in to their account with no luck, their website went down.
I called on behalf of the client and was informed by the indian call centre guy that they had deleted the clients cpanel and their entire website and that they would charge $150.00 to 'look' at the issue they caused and try and restore it.
I made contact with this insidious company on Wednesday and was told by their highest manager after an hour on the phone that the site would be back live in 24-48 hours - definitely - after they said it might not be possible.
It's not 96 hours and counting. No contact. No call. No response to several follow ups.
If you are hosting with these people, get off now before you lose your site as well.

Beyond Bad ... Never, Ever Use
We have been attempting to resolve simple CPanel email access issues and domain registration transferals for more than 2 months now. This means our website and emails have been out of service for 2 months (we can not verify via ICANN until they get the email working). Maddening lack of comprehension from Philippines based call center. Nothing helps... calls, emails, highlighted sections on screenshots to identify problems. NEVER NEVER USE this service. Our business was automatically ported over by UberGlobal and its been a nightmare -- think Hotel California level of entrapment .. no matter how desperately we try, until they fix our email service, we can never leave.
