High shipping cost

High shipping cost. Also it takes to long to receive. I still use this company because it’s the only place I can find very low carb English muffins ❤️

Upset customer. I have been on Netrition Subscription

I have been on Netrition Subscription every 8 weeks since 12/2024. I have been ordering the same coffee creamer since 12/2024. I spend around $120--$133 every 8 weeks, well over their $99 free shipping. Now today I'm told they charged my credit card on the 6th then refunded it and NOT going to send my order unless I pay for shipping. My order was $119. They say they magically changed their policy on the coffee creamer and it doesn't qualify for free shipping. What company does a switcharoo on how hey do business with a customer that has a Subscription and has been loyal for 13 months. Now "F" off customer. Some supervisor is supposed to be calling me within 2 days. I placed the order with a customer Service rep on the phone with me 3 weeks ago. Nothing about shipping was brought up. Her & I set the date for the 6th. Then charged then refunded then bait and switch and now owe for shipping. This is how companies go under. Stupid people with stupid policy changes that piss people off and the people will go somewhere else. Do you think the corporate executives know some lower person made this dumbass rule and is pissing customers off? I don't.

Sells moldy food

Buyer beware this company will sell you moldy food. They do not stand behind their product. They will blame you for the way it was shipped and take your money be very cautious. Their customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. This company sucks.

Incompetent Shipping & Deceptive Customer Service

Dreamfields Pasta shoppers, beware! This once excellent but now shady company will use their Lasagna shipping disclaimer for ALL Dreamfields products which arrive damaged due to the incompetence of their tip-grubbing shipping department. They refused to refund $15 for several boxes of Spaghetti which were dropped unprotected on the floor of the shipping carton. You'll pay a little more for Dreamfields on Amazon but at least Amazon has some integrity.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered my son bread on 8/2/25 for my son who just moved away to college. 8/12/25 still not received...it was missing his unit number but other items have been left @ the main office. I inquired about it on 8/12/25 & several times after as the notification said "returned". TODAY, 8/19/25 I received an email saying there will be no refund because the bread was received by netrition but was not received in a condition that they could refund. I used this service in hopes to have it delivered promptly to my son and again it was missing his unit number but the address was correct. Needless to say I will NOT be using Netrition ever again! Oh and the delivery fee was $9.99 for a loaf of bread! I should have stopped right there - but lesson learned.

Food was not good …

I bought a varied selection of items from the keto menu. First it took a very long time to get the items. Secondly the food was horrible. The taste and texture. The pad thai and mushroom noodle soup for example.
Would definitely not purchase from this company again.

Netrition Won't honor their warranty

I have ordered Beanitos Black Bean Chips from this company multiple times and of the 6 packages ordered between 1 and 3 bags in each order was so crushed when received that they were unusable. The Last batch I ordered 1/10/25 was received with 5 of the 6 bags crushed to the point of being unusable with one that was actually open.
Upon contacting and sending pictures of the damaged product to the company, asking that I be able to return the order per their warranty and receive a refund, I received a response from Claire Pagen, of the company, advising that they would only credit the one bag that was open when received. I have received 3 other orders shipped by Amazon for the same product that did not have a single crushed bag. I would suggest that you consider another supplier for your products as this company is NOT Trustworthy and would not even honor their warranty.

I purchased kitu Creamer 12 items at a time on AutoShip. One order was curdled and chunky. I called and after being given the run around…..First pictures were provided, then a video was provided! Finally, I was issued a store credit BUT they did not have the product. I waited three months, and today was told that the product was back in stock. I went to use my store credit and in order to use it they want me to pay an additional $9.99 to ship it to me! Have you ever heard of such a thing? Purchased chunky spoiled milk from a manufacturer and they charge you $10 to replace it. I’m very disappointed in the unethical treatment that went from the initial customer service and was escalated to management with the same response. Buyer beware they are dishonest in their practices!

Stay away

Anything "free" (gifts, shipping, etc) is not free. They'll charge you after. You'll receive falsely advertised or otherwise messed up products. They'll spam you endlessly no matter how many requests you put in for it to stop. Not worth it.

I ordered 6 boxes of Dreamfields…

I ordered 6 boxes of Dreamfields lasagna noodles from them for the holidays & paid $10 shipping. The boxes of noodles were just thrown in a box without any protective wrapping. All of the noodles were broken into pieces & 2 of the boxes windows were torn open. I sent an email to them with pictures & they responded by saying that they state on their site that they cannot guarantee the noodles will arrive in perfect condition & will only refund for the 2 boxes that were open. While I didn’t expect them to arrive in perfect condition. I was expecting them to be in good enough condition that I could actually make a lasagna out of them. Funny thing is that I was hesitant to order from them because they ask for tips for the staff that pack the boxes. Now I’m wondering if they would have been wrapped in bubble wrap or something to protect them, if I paid a tip. But I feel that it’s ridiculous to pay a tip for packing. Will never order from them again.

International customers beware

I really wanted to like this company as I found out they delivered a product you can't otherwise buy in the UK. Unfortunately one of the items they sent was over 2 months out of date. I asked for a replacement to be sent but they said they couldn't do this 'due to the international nature' of the order! They refunded it but wouldn't refund the relevant proportion of the delivery fee - even as a goodwill gesture - so as a customer I had to pay for the delivery of a product that was way past its sell-by date !

I order regularly from Netrition and…

I order regularly from Netrition and have for years. They are efficient. Trustworthy and never a problem. The new Netrition web site is a vast improvement one ce used to the change. Nutrition is ALWAYS AVAIABLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS and for delivery - it’s usually quick and always well-packed!

HALF THE PRODUCTS RECEIVED WERE EXPIRED

The protein balls / chips are cardboard with a touch of flavor. The sour cream and onion are decent and the cheddar is decent. I received EXPIRED products - the dates on the packages were expired. LOOK at your expiration. Then I canceled the autoship and they didn't honor it. When I told them I would be returning the product, they said I would have to pay the shipping. NO NO NO - buy from Amazon.

This company was recently bought out…

This company was recently bought out and they totally changed the website so it's unusable. It no longer has ingredient information, you can't read the reviews, and the product analyzers gone. Customer services in the toilet as well. A real shame this company got bought out because prior to that it was an A+ plus company.
