Very reasonable prices and very speedy delivery. The order was processed 4 minutes after I placed the order and dispatched within minutes of that. The items arrived next day, I was very impressed with the service.

The only constructive feedback I would give, is the website defaults to an expensive delivery method (£5+) and I was then able to pick "1st Class Royal Mail" from the list at nearer £2. I think that the delivery selection could be a little more intuitive (automatic would be better).

Great prices, easy to order, and not ripped off on delivery. Choose the cheapest option, took a little longer to get here but I was in no hurry. The cables seem good quality and do the job.

Great support - Got help from parent company Maxxam and Mike R was really helpful even though i was only ordering a few bits.

Components ordered Sunday evening and arrived Tuesday, and a keen price!

I purchased some cables however one of them was incorrect. I was sent a replacement for that one which arrived in no time at all!

I called Netshop and asked for advise on some purchases, the person wasn't helpful and just told me to order online and they can't help me with my enquiry. I then placed the order and brought completly the wrong keystone jacks and shutters.

Now my client is unhappy and AV project has been delayed because have to return the products and purchase of someone else who are willing to help. As a business customer I found this very unhelpful and unprofessional. I will think. twice before ordering from Netshop.

I was looking for a batch of ten 0.3m IEC leads, hoping to get bulk discount rather than the exorbitant prices of Amazon et al. Few places seemed to offer bulk discounts any more these days, but Netshop's single unit prices were so much cheaper than anywhere else I could find that a tiny percentage discount no longer mattered. They provided a good, quick service, so are highly recommended.

As usual for Netshop, found what I required on their website with ease, great prices, reliable ordering service. Took the saver 1st class Royal Mail delivery option and the goods were with me less than 24hrs from ordering. Can’t ask for more.
