Responsive and helpful

I ordered spare parts for my emhætte and blender and though Nettoparts was able to supply blender parts only after 5 months, they kept me updated and always offered me option to get my money back. I could see that it was simply not their fault- the delay was from supplier in China. The spare part was not available with anyone else also. I also saw that they included the information about uncertain availability at their website after that experience so that customers are aware. After they sent the spare part, it did not fit in the blender despite the number being correct. They promptly sent another one with a label to return the previous one. So, despite the delay which was not their fault, I found them responsive to the customer requirement and concerns. Hence they deserve 5 star.

Best place to get spare parts by miles.

Fastest delivery ever. Part fits perfectly. Clear and detailed description of parts on website, made it very easy to select part and fix the thing myself. Defo coming back for more business in future.

Excellent customer service

Ordered a new glass shelf for my fridge. The first time they sent a broken shelf with food spots and dirty fingerprints on it, so clearly not new. After contacting their customer service and sending them some photos, they sent another one, which was new but also broken. Contacted customer service again with some photos and two days later I had a new shelf that was in one piece!
So, they clearly need to improve checking the quality of what they send, but due to the excellent customer service, I still give them 4 stars.
