I had many setbacks, non-working emails, dropped calls, etc. when I switched to Network Solutions. But this time, with Chris, all went well. He was patient and knowledgable and my email finally works on my phone. Unfortunately, the service isn't consistent--but I struck gold with this rep!
I was very rash(Upset) to this operator but he controled the situation very well.

I just got off the phone for my fourth call in trying to get my SSL certificates re-issued. The last email said the certificates would be re-issued. They were not. My web site has been marked "dangerous" for four days. Each call ends with a promise to get the SSL certificates re-issued. Will the fourth call be the one to solve it?
Any issues that I have take multiple tries to get it right. I feel like their support only half listens. Additionally, their hosting is sub-par at best. I have had our website go offline more than 5 different times over the last 6 months.

Easily the best support experience I’ve had in a long time. I made a mess of my DNS and CNAME settings, but the agent fixed it effortlessly. He was professional, fast, and helpful. I even ended up buying a business email account because of the great service. Highly recommend!

I would give 0 Star if possible. Ove the years this has been a terrible service provider. Their system management ability hasn't changed in 10 year. They are not business or government friendly. They are incredibly difficult to contact. Their representatives are unfamiliar with the system and are thus very very limited in their ability to help and/or resolve problems.
service was relatively quick from dialing Network Solutions to getting a live person to help and very quickly get my questions answered.
Lady was very nice - I was nervous, being an older person, not used to codes etc.
I believe the fact that Network Solutions no longer is affiliated with "PERSOLVENT", that takes care of my credit card purchasing has hurt my business.

I have a problem login my Manager account and my Professional email account. The email problem was solved by two different specialists very effective. For the Manager account it's stil not working but it looks like the Engineer Team is going to contact me in the next 24 hours
