Wrong camera delivered but ultimatelycame good
Wrong camera delivered and instead of a simple next-day on-site swap by a courier it ended up as a hotch-potch of returns, more payments, more deliveries and ultimately credits. All came good in the end but please review your procedures and read your customer’s emails !
