Technical Support

I love the software but their technical support is non-existent. I haven't ever been able to install the software on my PC and have got no response back from them.

Rebanded as neuro-xchange

Note that Ken has now created a new venture under a new name - neuro-exchange. Do not be fooled. The guy lied and stole money. Then he lied again.

Pelican Finger Sensor

It turns out the finger device that comes with the program is manufactured in Canada by Thought Technology - a medical electronics company founded in 1975.

They sell the device as the eVu-TPS for about $400US.

They also have software for both android and a PC.

You can probably contact them to get some useful software to work with the device you purchased.

STAY AWAY!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!
Narcissist, Liar and lives in his own little world hiding behind his religion.
Absolute waste of money and you will see no results at all.
He takes your money and then stops replying to your emails if he feels you have offended him due to his pathetic program called Peak Performing Traders.
Software never worked for which he had every possible excuse he could think of.
I do not believe he is even a trader of the financial markets.
He is a brilliant scam artist though. I give him 10/10 for that.

Ken Medanic doesn't deserve even 1 *

Ken Medanic doesn't deserve even 1 star.

He has done it before and will keep doing it because he is best at:
- over selling something
- ignoring complaints
- take your money
- once you complain and leave the program after 6 months of 0 results, he will just ignore you and move on to the next prey.

You will have paid for promises unfulfilled and will never ever get any refund

In addition, you can also get some ridiculous coaching from Ken where he will discuss your relationships with your parents very deeply, you'll have one week to think about existential questions like "when did I stop allowing myself to earn money", a nice loop that could go on and on. Once again when you want to cancel and get a refund for the coaching not used: the response will be a total silence or an email saying: you are misinformed...

You've been warned, wishing you the best trading success

Login revoked and no communication. What a peak performer.

As one of the 40+ students that joined Neurotrader Academy, I would like to suggest everybody to strongly avoid any kind of interaction with Ken Medanic, as he revealed himself as an improvised professional that ended up (probably involuntarily) scamming tenths of unlucky guinea pigs that gave him hundreds of dollars, if not thousands (speaking of the Pro Tier students).

There was supposed to be a hedge fund, based on a trading platform capable of handling hundreds of traders placing orders while being analysed by a bio-feedback device => the platform worked 3 times out of 20 attempts in my case, and some members never got the chance to login.

Moreover, there was no work on biodata during all 6 months of the program and Mr. Medanic didn't even discuss with us the chance for a refund. He simply revoked our logins and stop answering our emails.

What a peak performer.

The Worst Experience I've Had In 10 Years

Ken is a man that lives in his own bubble, completely disconnected from reality. He's literally taken large amounts of money from a program called 'Peak Performance Trading', which I was part in, yet he never delivered on the promises that were made. He consistently failed to deliver the neuro trader biodata technology on the deadlines stipulated, ignored all the claims from 30+ members to get a refund, showed 0 respect towards us. While I have little hope that I will ever receive any refund, I want to contribute with my grain of salt to make sure that no one else goes through the same appalling experience I went through by being borderline scammed. Ken only provided an online course with a bunch of videos from which he had the delusion to think it entitles him to charge people 350usd/month, with 6 or 7 payments in advance... most of the promises he made, which were part of a contract we all signed, were not met. Eventually, life will put this individual in the place he deserves. Ironically, he claims to be a religious Christian person, yet his actions speak volumes of who really is. Stay away from Ken Medanic and the neuro trader program. The mounting number of negative reviews on the internet are testament of that.

Neurotrader Stay Away!

Neurotrader and Ken Medanic in particular doesnt deserve even one star. If anyone is considering enrolling in neurotrader program please dont! You will be out of pocket thousands. Currently 33+ students have dropped out of his course that started on Feb 11th 2019. Four months into the course (it was a six month course) there was ZERO biodata collected from anyone! The whole purpose of this course was to have your biodata collected and anlaysed. Ken is a snake oil salesman that sells people dreams he cant deliver. He is a master at coming up with new excuses as for why things dont progress according to schedule.

Long story short

After 6 months in the one year NeuroTrader Professional Peak Performance Trading Program, Ken Medanic, via his company Pelican Technologies, failed to deliver on his promises. I quit with 30 other traders.
The product is not ready, it's merely a prototype, doesn't scale and worked erratically for most of us (we were no more than 50).
Ken will never admit he could have done something wrong, or be sorry, or *make his customers feel* they are at the centre of his preoccupations.
His behaviour is consistent but he looks like an unscrupulous guy. For instance: no refund whatsoever. We are currently coordinating for a group lawsuit.
(you might read this same text on various website, I didn't bother to write a new review for each of them)

DO NOT TRUST KEN MEDANIC & NEUROTRADER! STAY AWAY

Short Description: Ken Medanic is dishonest, over-promises, under-delivers, cancels webinars for lame reasons, sells you the moon "you'll never need money after this", cannot keep to his agreements, is arrogant, thinks his way is the only way, never emails back on time (took over two weeks to respond to me on several emails), and more.

In short: KEN MEDANIC IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED, LIES, IS DISHONEST, AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Longer Version: I joined the Neurotrader pilot program in the developing tier and every timeline or promise made by Ken Medanic was delayed, failed to happen, or canceled. Examples are below:

1: Biodata devices were delayed.
Originally Ken said the bio-data devices (a cornerstone of the project) was to arrive on february 11th and that shortly after, our entire team would be collecting bio-data.

The last device arrived at the end of april.

WHY? Turns out he had a friend shipping the devices who had a full time job and could only ship them on his spare time. How is this a good business decision for providing timely service?

Because of the bio-data devices being delayed, we were told we couldn't start the program till all the devices arrived.

2: Bio-data Devices Arrived, but the bio-data collection was delayed
Now that the devices arrived end of april and 2 months late, we were told we'd start collecting bio-data.

Turns out that was a lie and Ken Medanic made the excuse now saying "We'll start collecting bio-data once you all finish the course lessons."

Guess what? We finished the lessons, but we didn't start the bio-data collection. So Ken Medanic lied again.

3: We completed the lessons, but still weren't collecting biodata
So now we have completed the lessons, then Ken Medanic said we'd be collecting bio-data next week.

What happened? He canceled the webinar because there was 'construction' outside his office and told us we'll do it the next week.

What happened? He canceled the next webinar because of good friday, which is odd since he's a very serious Roman Catholic. Did he not know of this ahead of time?

No worries, he told us we'd start collecting bio-data next week and get the devices connected.

What happened? He canceled that webinar because there were problems with the neurotrader software and dll library files.

But no worries, he told us we'd start collecting bio-data next week.

What happened? He canceled that webinar as well.

When did we actually get to try and connect the neuroedge devices to the neurotrader software?

Early june. What Happened? Almost everyone had problems connecting their devices for every reason imaginable.

It feels like Ken did not beta test this at all, and was using us as his lab rats to test his software.

In total, Ken canceled 6 out of 8 webinars for all BS reasons.

He was also using a server from croatia, even though I was halfway across the globe, and he had no idea this would cause delays or latency in the software!

4: Delays in Emails/Communications
I myself emailed Ken several times and almost every email response was delayed by days, if not weeks!

Every student in the program I talked to had a similar experience.

Also, many times we were supposed to be doing a webinar or conference call, and Ken would not announce it till hours before it was scheduled.

I have a family, kids, a full time job. I need more time than a six hour heads up about a conference call. Ken has no planning, communication, customer service or managerial skills.

5: Lied About 6 Payments, Tried to Charge Me 7
In the two webinars introducing this program, it was stated there would be 6 payments, a down payment, and 5 more payments.

But then Ken tried to charge me a 7th payment which we asked for a cancellation of the program ahead of time.

GUESS WHAT? He charged a 7th payment and still hasn't responded to my refund request!

When asked for a signed letter by a group of disgruntled students who are asking for a partial refund for Ken Medanic not delivering his promises or product, Ken simply stated "There are no legal or moral grounds for a refund."

No moral grounds for a refund? You didn't deliver anything you promised on time, you failed to provide a workable product (my device still can't connect, and even when it does sporadically, the Neurotrader software crashes!), you canceled 6 out of 8 webinars, canceled mentoring sessions, which were all part of the program, and feel there is no 'moral' grounds for a refund?

You certainly are a man of god Ken Medanic!

Final Statements:
Honestly I think Ken Medanic is a snake oil salesman who promises everything but delivers on nothing. And if Ken Medanic is not a snake oil salesman, then he's incredibly incompetent and should not be running a business as there are dozens and dozens of students who are really unhappy with him, including me and his partner who left him, who was actually the only honest/decent person in all this. I also found out after the fact he had a partner in Canada named Houston Troung who also left Ken and that Ken tried this program in Canada in 2016 promising the same things and he still hasn't delivered on them.

Hence I do not recommend anyone working with Ken Medanic or NeuroTrader in any capacity or form, and I will never work with him in any capacity, even if he offered me $100K refund to come back.

Terrible

The program doesn't deliver what's promised.

Ken loves to promise wonderful things but horribly under-delivers on his part, then twists his words to make it as though we the clients were the problem. Also it seems that he's always too 'busy' to respond to us.

I'm appalled by this poor business ethic. Please be wary of Ken Medanic, NeuroTrader and Pelican Technologies. A bunch of sly and incompetent people, running a business taking advantage of people's hopes and dreams...

Why I Am Ending My JV With NeuroTrader…

Why I Am Ending My JV With NeuroTrader & Ken Medanic

Dear 2ndSkiesForex Community (course members, and non-members),

I wanted to write a letter to the community as I felt it important to announce on the site, as well as discuss it with my members personally.

2ndSkiesForex has been in business since the beginning of 2007, and we’ve evolved immensely over the last 12 years. We are one of the only trading education outfits that a) has shown our students make money trading, b) has provided verified results of our profitable trading, and c) has institutional trading experience.

We’ve turned many traders profitable through our trading courses, published 1000’s of free trading articles/videos, and continue to evolve while tirelessly working to be a positive force that changes the way you think, trade and perform.

While I’m excited about all the new trading applications, course offerings, and future of our work, there is something I have to address in the present.

In July 2018, after several months of communications and explorations, I signed a 1 year JV contract with Neurotrader and Ken Medanic to create a peak performance trading program. The program design was based upon a combination of the Neurotrader technology and my trading/mentoring skills providing a new approach to turning traders profitable.

I joined this program because at that time it aligned with my vision for how I wanted to train traders in becoming profitable.

However, like trading, relationships and life, not all projects and business ventures we set out on will be winners, nor manifest the way we envision.

As of today, June 7th at around 8am PST, I have sent in my termination letter to Ken Medanic & NeuroTrader that I will be ending my JV partnership with the program which officially and contractually ends come July 27th, 2019 (1yr after the contract start date).

I will continue to fulfill my contractual duties till the end of the program unless Ken & I decide otherwise.

There are many reasons why I am terminating my JV partnership with Ken Medanic & NeuroTrader. I have a certain level of commitment + quality I want to bring to my students and community, along with keeping agreements, timelines and a specific vision for what partnership and communication should be in such ventures.

Because I do not feel these standards and vision can be maintained, I have decided to move on with our own projects & technologies we’re developing as I feel that’s the best way myself and the team can stay true to our goal, which is changing the way you think, trade and perform.

I appreciate my time with Ken Medanic and wish him well in his future ventures.

Until then, I sincerely wish you all the best and look forward to continually working with you, and helping you achieve your goals in trading and life.

Kind Regards,
Chris Capre & the Team @ 2ndSkiesForex

Dishonest people and a terrible

Dishonest people and a terrible, overpriced course. Much better technology out there without dealing with these people.

UPDATE
Now that others are sharing their terrible experiences and the fact that they were wrongly charged an additional month I want to point out that I warned Capre about that and he told me that would never happen and then refused to respond to emails. He is every bit as dishonest as Medanic.
