Visited the Buckhurst Hill shop today, I can honestly say what a wonderful lady Kerry is, she helped me try beautiful pieces on and was so helpful, I’ve lost a lot of weight over the last year and still struggling to dress my size 12 body, Kerry made me feel so welcome and gave her honest opinion on things I tried on! I came home and did a big order as not all things that I’d seen were in my new size in the shop, all credit to lovely Kerry!!! I’ll be back!!

Not good in larger sizes
A problem I have encountered before with this brand larger sizes do not fit a larger person brackets in my case a size 18 the proportions are not altered for a more curvy body
A neck line that was off the shoulder on a very slender model could not be off the shoulder in a larger size and instead just bunched around the neck line – disappointing

The dress just get popping up on Instagram- saying buy me buy me and I just couldn’t resist and so pleased I didn’t just scroll on and pressed the “Shop Now” button. Great service, arrived promptly and fits like a dress, looks great and not bad for a 64 year old 😂

Designer prices shein quality
Quality is like shein.
I’ve had my eye on this brand for a while now as the prints and styles are stunning!
HOWEVER on receiving the items I was super disappointed. The material, the stitching and overall feel of everything felt CHEAP. For the prices they charge it’s a joke! On top of that returning the items cost £3.99. I paid the same in delivery. So in total I’ve lost £8 for nothing.

I live in Malta and I needed to return…
I live in Malta and I needed to return a dress. I followed the instructions on their web page on how to return. The problem came when I was only offered UPS as the courier with whom to send the item back with.
UPS only have one drop off point on the island which was quite a trek to get too from my home.
I then contacted customer services at NFD to ask if I could send the package back by via DHL instead. They were very helpful and within a couple of days they came back to me with the shipping label for DHL.
I must say that the customer services did a great job in sorting out my problem in an efficient and professional way.
Thank you once again to all in the Customer Services Team.

Not a good experience
Colours were nothing like in pictures - very dull and nothing like the vibrant colours displayed. Your return process is also not user Friendly and quite difficult. This is my first experience of using NeverFully Dressed and would not be motivated to use again,
