HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. STAY CLEAR. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I paid £300 for a hut and sofa. The sofa was soaking wet with ice cubes all over it and the staff told me to just sit on a pillow. The decor was shocking considering the amount you are paying. Everything about this place was run down. They advertised fire dancers "that will defy gravity" there were no dancers at all. They charged £100 for 3 bottles of HOUSE wine to which only 1 was drunk as the other two were absolutely disgusting. I normally don't go for "house" wines however given the fact that they were £34 per bottle, one would think that they would taste somewhat decent. We couldn't be more wrong. A DJ was playing a set however unless you were sitting inside and away from the sun then you were left to listen to whatever music they were playing on their speakers which were broken on the majority of the right side of the venue.
Additionally, the condition of the venue itself was extremely poor. The decor, which was supposed to evoke a "Tulum" theme, was run down and far from the stylish, immersive environment advertised.
I would stay clear of this place as all they do is promise a fun night but unless you decide to show up either drunk or on drugs to the point where you don't care what the service, venue and vibe is like then you will want to leave after 15 minutes of being there.

Unfriendly atmosphere/ Odd vibes

I would not recommend this place as we found the security/staff inappropriate. We went outside to have a quick walk and just to check the whole place and the security immediately sent us back to our table inside and said it was not allowed to go there with drinks. She even followed us like a stalker to make sure we would be back. Very strange that smokers have the right to be outside for few minutes, but a non-smoker cannot. And why not have the drinks that we paid for with us? I don't find it safe to leave my drinks unsupervised on a table and surrounded by strangers from the other tables. I know that with covid there are some guidelines, but this is not reasonable at all. Also, we tried to use the photo booth, and while we were trying to pose to get our clicks the security was yelling outside that we must be quicker. Ridiculous! We needed to wait for the machine camera to work! It was not in our control obviously! When we were in the queue we waited our turn, I don't know why people couldn't wait also. We just paid it twice as we tried to get decent pics, but we haven't spent more than 5 minutes and our last try wasn't nice because we were interrupted while posing, just a waste of money and no nice pictures. The money should be refunded as the security killed our mood for the pictures. Will not ever return to this place and would not recommend it to anyone. Odd vibes

Very poor

Very poor, in fact zero customer service or good will. Very expensive venue for what it offers. I made a booking for my birthday which fell around time I was in a poor mental condition and really wanted this to be special. I paid £115 just so I could bring along a few friends, no drinks or snacks included. The venue is called "Fulham Beach" - it's obviously predominantly meant for hot sunny days. I made a booking for July, unfortunately the weather turned. On the day it was pouring. I tried to get hold of the venue to see what they would suggest due to the weather - no response despite leaving voicemail. Had to move venue last minute. Contacted their office several times. They wouldn't listen. Eventually made contact with Grace Hutson, the co-founder who, "as a gesture of good will", offered to refund me 50%. Guess what - she didn't do even that. Really poor. Certainly not a place I'd ever be going to or recommend to friends or clients.
