Excellent in all respects
I cannot overstate how impressed I have been with Thomas at Neville & Neville in achieving the sale of my substantial Grade II listed property.
He was my fifth estate agent, and yet secured more viewings in his first three months than others combined had achieved in the preceding three years.
His market knowledge, creativity and stamina have been remarkable and, in contrast to some other agents who were only available during ‘office hours’, he answered my WhatsApp messages promptly - sometimes even when sent at 0600 hrs or 2300 hrs at weekends.
Thomas also liaised proactively and persistently with both solicitors and mortgage brokers of potential buyers to expedite the sale.
If you seek an estate agent who exhibits genuine market insight, passion and enthusiasm to achieve a sale then I would unreservedly recommend Neville & Neville.
