Having been a customer of NCD for many years I have nothing but praise for Nick whilst recently purchasing my new car.
My car was delivered promptly, Nick talked me though the whole process which was very simple and I saved almost £3k on the list price.
I highly recommend NCD for your next car purchase!

The team at New Car Discount have supplied three vans to my business spanning the past year, plus four family cars over approx two years. Nick is a diligent and solid guy, always offering follow ups, always on top of the details. Their paperwork is 100%, and if anything they tend to update you more than you may need. The end result is accurate and quality based, the vehicles are always competitive, regularly ahead of schedule, and delivered in top notch state. I’d recommend the business attitude to anyone, and I frequently do.

Agreed a price and paid the deposit but then 2 weeks later they contacted me to say in order to continue with the order I would have to send them an additional £2,000 or accept a lower spec car.

In 2017 I ordered a Nissan Qashqai from NDC. I was told that all Nissan deals came with car mats. It was trailer delivered within 3 weeks, 8 mile on the clock, the driver asked me to check the car before signing and asked me if I knew the controls. The only problem was there was a delay in getting the V5C document. I sent several emails and they replied that they had sent a letter to the DVLA and it was being dealt with. In the end I rang them and spoke to someone else as the person I usually deal with was not in the office. I then received the V5C within a week but it took 6 months to get it.
I then decided that I wanted a Hybrid car so I ordered a Kia. Later I rang and asked if the car came with car mats and I was told that "all their Kia deals came with car mats". The car was driver delivered within 3 weeks. The driver came to the door, asked if he could use the toilet, had a quick cup of tea then asked if I could sign for the car and run him to the train station. I had a quick look around the car, everything appeared ok. When I got back from the train station I could then have a good look at the car. The car had over 200 mile on the clock, the dealer who supplied the car according to google maps is 153 mile away, no car mats, the clear protective strips were still on around the foot wells, central console and door pillars, I assume these were left on so the delivery driver would not scuff the interior. There was also some protective strips in the engine compartment. There was also some hard clear protective film on the bottom of each door on the outside. I don't know if the car comes with a protective film on the outside of the car when being delivered to the UK.
I rang NCD and explained all the problems and I was told that "many of their cars come with over 200 miles on the clock". They did offer to have the car valeted but I declined their offer and did it myself, I had to use white spirit to remove the film on the outside of the car.
The car mats were then delivered but they were cheap universal mats, at first NCD said they were annoyed that the dealer had supplied these mats but later said that as I had not specified that I wanted Kia mats then they had fulfilled their obligation.
I waited 8 weeks to receive the V5C document and then emailed them to say that I had not received it and they replied "They would chase it up". I waited another 8 weeks and then rang the DVLA and I was told that it was "not in my name". I then rang NCD and I was assured that the name was correct and it was only the address that was wrong and I would receive the V5c within 5 days. I did receive it within 5 days, with the WRONG NAME. NCD did ask me to return the document and they would get it sorted but I decided that I would do it myself. I had to prove to the DVLA what had happened, at present, 6 months after I took delivery of the car I still do not have the log book but after speaking again to the DVLA I think it is sorted.
I got the car cheaper that what dealers were selling used cars for. If you don't mind dealing with the problems yourself then it is still worth using them.

Ordered a brand new Seat Ateca and received it in less than 5 weeks, at a great price. Fantastic customer service from Nick all the way through. Communication was second to none. Highly recommend this company for a new car purchase.

New Car Discount were recommended by a friend and I am happy I bought my Skoda Superb through them.
In spite of current production problems I received my new registration car on 3rd September.
I was advised when the driver was on the way and the car arrived , on a trailer , on time. I disposed of my old car seperately but they quoted me a reasonable part exchange price given the significant discount I was enjoying on the new car and would have taken the car away with them on the trailer had I accepted their offer.All in all very good service

Ordered a ford fiesta through NCD, saved almost £4k on the purchase price and was very happy with the whole process. (I could have got it slightly cheaper through another company but the excellent reviews for NCD sealed the deal). The car was delivered on the day specified and I couldn't be more pleased with it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I bought my Kia Sportage from them, paid a £500 deposit and waited up to 12 weeks, delighted with the car when it arrived. Special praise to the sales manager John Robertson who looked after me through out the process and answered every question promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a Cupra Formentor V2 150bhp DSG through New Car Discount, just took delivery on Friday and I’m absolutely delighted with it. The whole process was very easy, paid a £500 deposit when I ordered the car and paid the remaining balance a few days before the car was delivered to my door, I saved close to £5k on price new.
I must give a mention to John Robertson who answered all my questions within a matter of minutes.
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car, and will definitely use again in the future. 5 Stars

I entered into a purchase agreement to buy a new Kia Sportage in July. The sales agent was very helpful, communicative and efficient sourcing and securing the car. As it was a new car there was a bit of delay in the supply chain – affecting most new cars. The car turned up on the 2nd September on the 71 plate. The whole experience was flawless and excellent value for money.

Purchased a new Hyundai from New car discount and received it today. I would thoroughly recommend these guys, particularly John Robertson who was always very responsive to queries and concerns. Process was very smooth from start to finish. Some people may be wary of purchasing such a large item via the internet but I can reassure you that the bargain prices are very real and the service is second to none.

I bought a Seat Ateca from NCD in July. Initially I was sceptical when I came across the website, particularly when I spoke to a couple of Seat dealerships who couldn’t sell me a second hand car for the same price NCD were offering a new car for. I spoke to Nick via online chat and he quickly put me at ease.

I took the plunge and put down my deposit. Nick kept me updated with the progress of my order and was always very quick to respond when I emailed for updates.

Around 12 weeks later my car was ready. I paid the final payment by bank transfer on the Friday and my new car arrived on the Monday.

Highly recommended.

Great cars at great prices seems to good to be true ! I dithered for some months then I took a leap of faith. I chose a car added the extras and got a fantastic price. John talked me through the process and I paid a deposit on a 12 week factory order. It was as simple as that and I got my new car delivered 12 weeks later with everything PERFECT.

I had had some previous experience of buying new cars online, but I have to say New Car Discount exceeded my expectations.
Firstly the final price for my new Hyundai Tucson PHEV was much lower than I could ever have negotiated. You pay the quoted price, no strings.
John Robertson kept me updated with the progress of the order - the model hadn’t been released when I placed the order, but John was able to answer any queries I had.
Delivery in June 2021 was on time and on the back of a low loader so the car arrived with minimal mileage on the clock.
I would definitely recommend New Car Discount.

I confess I was a little apprehensive at first but have been so impressed with speed at which at which the transaction was able to take place, and the really helpful staff (John) who answered all my question, so quickly and professionally.
