I ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived within 6 days, which is great! But when it turned out that the shoes are too small and I wanted to exchange the size, I found out that it would cost me almost 50€?!?! Absolutely ridiculous.

I received my order after 3 months, the site's customer service is awful and they rarely answer messages, but when I received it, I was happy, I thought they were scammed and wouldn't ship my shoes. It is better to buy from the official website of New Rock

Horrendous experience!!!

I ordered a pair of custom made vegan shoes but they took months and months to be made, after which I wasn't notified at all that they arrived at UK customs from France and they got sent back.
Then had to pay extra for them to deliver them to Paris at a friend there, after which their courier Collisimo lost the package. It has been a whole year of stress.

I hope their site gets shut down immediately.

They send shoes that had 4 metal hooks loose, they slashed my foot open. I have video and photos of it and they literally never responded to any emails. Not even New Rock itself responded, and this is all just a huge scam. I fuccing hate them.

Hi, so i ordered from “new rock FRANCE” and than i found out about these negative reviews about them. The shoes came after 2 months and 1 or 2 weeks. Shoes are in good condition. So idk i don’t really recommend to order from them just because i got them but yk if u made an order already it’s possible that they will be delivered to you <3 if you wanna ask them something about your order send them message on their website, they don’t respond on emails.

This website is fake, ordered a pair of boots and a necklace, they took my money and I received no products. This is a scam, do not order. Use the website newrock.com

I had to remove the http//: and www. in those links because links are not allowed.

I have reported the New Rock France site to the Internet Crime Complaint Center I would advise others to do the same so this bogus site claiming to be New Rock can be shut down.

File your complaint here at this site listed: ic3.gov (I had to remove www. because direct links are not allowed)

I placed an order, they canceled my order because they don’t ship to the USA, issued me a bogus voucher (New Rock does not issue vouchers) nor have they credited my credit card back, will not reply to any email correspondence at all. I contacted New Rock in Paris, and was told New Rock France IS NOT one of their sites, they have no affiliation with this site nor does New Rock Spain.

I’ve ordered 3 pairs of shoes from newrock.com (in Spain) without incident. Now, how I got hoodwinked by the New Rock France is that not all sites carry the exact same merchandise. However, a pair of boots which would have been my 4th purchase from Spain this identical boot was on clearance at the bogus new-rock-france.com site 🚩🚩🚩 (got me)

I ordered a pair of shoes in the October 2020. No news and no answers for months. I received the package 3 months after. I sent it back because I didn’t want it anymore but I’m still waiting for the refund. 300 euros waisted

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a £250 pair of shoes, the money was taken from my account and then nothing. No shoes. No replies to any of my emails. No update.

Disgusting service and such a waste of my money.
