Outstanding Customer Service
We ordered the Bordeaux nursery furniture set from the Seaham shop and one of the pieces broke when assembling the wardrobe. I called Newbles about this and its resolution was excellent. It asked me to send a Facebook message explaining the issue, confirming the impacted part and providing supporting pictures, which I did. It then contacted me to request a serial number that was located on the wardrobe, which I provided. It actually proactively chased me up by phone as it took me a few days to get back to it with the serial number, which was great customer service. After I provided the serial number it messaged me to confirm it had ordered the replacement part, which should arrive in 7-10 days. I then received a message from it a couple of days later advising the replacement part would arrive the following day, which it did. Overall this was excellent and flawless customer service.
We're really happy with the nursery furniture set. It did take a bit longer to be delivered than had been positioned when placing the order, but I'm mindful this was a supplier issue and not Newbles fault. Also, please be mindful if ordering a furniture set it gets delivered on a pallet so you'll need someone to be available who can lift the boxes into the house when it arrives.
