Newbridge procedures are fab but their customer service isnt great

Newbridge are fabulous and their product offering is excellent - However, their delivery times online are just not accurate and there is zero response from their customer service team. I was in the shop and part of my chosen cutlery was not available so I ordered online for a quick delivery as I had a deadline. The delivery came 2 weeks later instead of 2 days as promised!
