Great experience shopping with Newby House Interiors. I ordered the Black Sintered Stone Oval Dining Table which was exactly what I’d been looking for (and at a much more affordable price). It arrived on time and looks even better than advertised. Communications about the delivery date and time were excellent.

We recently purchased a hallway bench and coat hanger from Newby House Interiors for our new home, and I couldn't be happier with our choice. From the moment it was installed, it transformed our entrance from a plain space into a welcoming, organized area that sets the perfect tone for our home.

I’m really pleased with my chairs and the customer service I received from Richard, due to the Christmas period I sent an email asking about delivery, didn’t expect any response but got one the following day advising me of the expected date of delivery due to stock levels but also a suggestion of an alternative if I wanted them sooner, as the spec was very close I went for the suggestion and can only say that they are stunning and also a good price.

The only issue was with the delivery team
who didnt turn up on two occasions, however, having contacted Richard (sales manager) he has taken this up with company and agreed to refund accordingly. Thank you Richard, i would definately purchase from Newby again.

Process and delivery was 5 star. We had ordered 6 dining chairs on a previous occasion and were extremely happy with them. At a later date we decided to order another pair, to make a coordinated set. Special attention to the serial numbers, company and matching upholstery to obtain the same product.
Ahh? We did not check the dimensions. Which were now substantially smaller. Yea, you could say our mistake?Yes. Check your dimensions if reordering at a later date.

This is what online shopping should be like! Having ordered goods from one company who promised a five day turnaround which took six months and another company who took my money then said they’d gone out of business, my faith in online shopping was severely dented. This company has restored that faith. The goods I ordered were cheaper than all opposition, I received instant email confirmation of the order and the goods turned up two days later, well before the advertised delivery date. I’d definitely use them again. Excellent service, thank you very much.

Ordered chair which was delivered in good time and well packed. Richard was excellent throughout the ordering, friendly, keeping in touch and very professional. Will not hesitate to use agian in the future. Had a previous chair of the same make but in leather. This one was fabric and not "cold" to sit on. The chair is extremely comfortable and not wearing at all

I ordered a small sideboard which came exactly as described and was delivered promptly and professionally. It was very reasonably priced and I have been thrilled with it. I wouldn't hesitate to use this Company again.

We are very pleased with the quality of the Jack oak & metal wine/drinks cabinet. The cabinet is a statement piece of furniture and we are very glad we purchased.

Customer Service from Richard and his team was polite, friendly and professional and felt like personal customer service rather than dealing with a call centre.

We paid for the White Glove Service and pleased we did as the cabinet was extremely heavy and even the delivery men struggled with the weight. They brought it in, unpacked it (took packaging away), fitted the legs and interior lights and positioned it. There was an issue with a short in the interior lights but this was quickly rectified with a new set of lights send to us.

I would highly recommend Newby House Interiors and the service provided by Richard and his team. We would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Great experience with ordering hall cabinet from this company. Order was delivered carefully when expected and there was no damage. Unit is lovely quality and exactly what I wanted. I’ve had it over 6 months now and still looks as good as when delivered. I recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using again.

The packaging that the 2 lamp tables came in was excellent well boxed and protected.

Ordered a bookcase and despite some delays totally outside their control, it arrived today and I'm absolutely delighted with it.
Richard kept me updated on the delays and expected delivery every step of the way - CS like this sadly seems to be the exception rather than the rule these days.
Would thoroughly recommend Newby House and hope to use them again in the future.

I purchased a fire from this company. The service was great. I would have no hesitation to use this company again.

Bought a mirror from this store in august last year and it’s still amazing. I pre ordered it, they kept in contact with me regarding changes to shipment dates etc and fully kept me in the loop. When it was back in stock it said I should get it delivered in around a week - it came sooner which is fab! Again, lots of communication regarding delivery time slots

Ordered a garden sofa from this company price was very competitive and the actual sofa quality was far better than we expected at this price.

When it arrived we had a small issue with one of the plastic legs which Richard Lloyd sorted out immediately would highly recommend this company
