Two reasons why I order and drink English Breakfast Silken Pyramids. First the smooth taste and second, I do not get headaches from drinking this tea. You can shorten the brewing time and still get an amazing cup of tea. Also, I have used this for ice -tea and it works great. JC Dallas Texas
