I came here to the UK with an international drivers licence, got an instructor who extorted me for hours. After 2 fails at my driving test, this school was recommended to me, my instructor Parvez was shocked to learned I had no idea what POM, and MSM, means.

I had only 4 quality lesson with him out of 10 paid hours, and was convinced this guy had poured out his soul to me… I opted to give the driving test a shot, he encouraged me, and did a route with me wishing me every success. I passed!!!

Every lesson with Parvez will leave you super loaded! He is so full of knowledge, and very patient, genuinely teaching for knowledge and target you towards passing your test, not to retain you as the others do.

My daughter used all her money she had put aside and worked hard for to pay for some lessons in bulk. Only for them to not get in touch and enable her to book anything. Has anyone been successful in getting a refund. How awful they want to scam a young 17 year old out of money! 😡

The most unreliable , non serious driving company. I trusted an instructor had nearly 20 lessons but he kept telling me I was going to pass. The day of the exam he did not want to turn up and he said he was busy
I failed the first time. I asked him for many things and he would ignore my messages. I changed instructors and learnt in 2 hours what I never learnt from him. Not genuine and not experienced instructors keep away

I have repeatedly attempted to contact this company since 9th September when I ordered £130 worth of driving vouchers for my son that haven't arrived. The Directors, Alan Morgan and Lorraine Morgan don't reply to the countless answer phone messages we leave. I am contacting ORDIT and the DVSA.. . Do NOT TOUCH THEM - If the directors read this please contact me to resolve this issue

My daughter Paid for classes, advertised automatic classes now being told they are not offering automatic classes and unwilling to refund.

There is no actual means of contacting these guys and they seem very unprofessional.

Please refrain from using these people.

Wouldn't even give 1x⭐but had to, to write this review. Our son had 4 x 2 hour lessons with SIMON. On the 5th 2 hour lesson, after 1 hour he decided to tell our son he no longer felt comfortable teaching him because he thinks he needs his eyes tested (which he recently has)& all ok!!!! Would you not think he would've(if this was the reason)noticed this quite early on⁉️Shocking & not helped our son's confidence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY🤬🤬On the flip side, we have found a lovely local lady instructor who was thoroughly disgusted with NEW DRIVER SCHOOL, US TOO❗

Didn't ring back after an enquiry. Don't bother wasting your time !!!

Word of warning,i wouldnt recommend this driving school to anyone,the instructor started teaching my partner and approx 17 lessons,decided he couldnt teach her anymore because she was a care assistant and worked different shifts,the guy is a total moron but he was quite happy to take the money at £23 per lesson it aint a joke,if i could give this company no stars i would..save your money find a better school..
