Newegg is great as always

Newegg is great as always. They are the microcenter of the internet. you can tell they really car and are really gamers also. my 5090 was delayed a day (heartbreaking ) and they made me feel special and refunded the shipping and game me a small credit. more importantly they made me feel heard and understood. Ups delay is NOT there fault but they still took care of it as it was thank you Christian D. for your help

Newegg is a model company that I highly recommend

I was expecting pushback for the return of a bad $2000 motherboard. Not only did Vince listen well to the entire issue, but he also resolved it very quickly and to my entire satisfaction! This is one of the many reasons I have remained a loyal customer for over 15 years. I am amazed that in these times, you can still find a company that stands by its products. I highly recommend Newegg, and I can't imagine buying from someone else.

Excellent Service

Ordered a 9800x3d, AsRock x870e, and G.skill trident z5 neo 64gb to upgrade my rig. Had trouble with the Motherboard, tech support helped me troubleshoot and get to the bottom of the problem. Unfortunately, the board needed to be sent back because it was more than likely defective. Both representatives I talked to were knowledgeable and supportive and didn't give me a hard time. I will continue to buy from Newegg in the future. The CPU and RAM are perfect.

Newegg is no more...

Having been buying items from Newegg for over 15 years. But, recently, their customer services is very much lacking to say the least.

Nowadays, sometimes, I do buy computer hardware and parts from Newegg in order to do my part in averting the massive concentration of power on a single online retailer; in this case, Amazon – even if some times, I may have to wait a little bit longer by buying at Newegg. But, as things stand, it seems that Amazon is the only game in town -- packages often arrive in one or two days (sometimes on the same day of placing an order), and they have excellent customer service – if anything is amiss, the take care of the problem.

Concerning my last order with Neweegg (almost two weeks ago). There is no tracking information (tracking information incomplete, simply showing that package was not delivery and I have not received anything by any carrier; neither does UPS or USPS shows any type delivery date or delivery confirmation (package should have arrived almost a week ago, according to newegg and with UPS’ initial information [which has changed]). I paid for the items and should have received them several days ago and have received nothing. I could wait for a few extra days (sometimes things happen), but that is too much already. Their customer service is non-existent or difficult to reach.

Newegg is no more, never going to buy anything from Newegg again. It is sad though, that there is only one game in town nowadays when it comes to reliably buying computer hardware, parts and accessories online.

Cant ship a package properly

I tried to buy a computer from Newegg for memorial day. They managed to screw up the shipping label so bad that UPS decided to return my package back to Newegg and then they canceled my order, despite telling them to resend the computer out and put the proper info down that they were given in the first place. It came with a $250 monitor as a gift. I'm wondering if they are doing this so I will pay for another computer from them without the monitor and at a higher price. Either way now I will have to wait weeks to get my $3000 back. Do not buy from them they are untrustworthy.

Newegg is Awesome. Seriously.

Given the nature of online shopping, where you can never trust the "discounts" or "best prices" anymore, I would say that Newegg is true to its core values. They really do provide the best deals for computing equipment, they have great customer service, and they really care about the customers.
I would definitely suggest that anyone make Newegg a first choice for all their computing needs!

Be wary of Newegg's "New" business practices

The two Newegg customer support I talked with were great, no issues there and they were able to issue a return/refund. This review reflects the business practices that Newegg seems to have adopted. Newegg will send you a "New" item that has been previously returned and would normally be categorized as "Open Box" by most people. Be wary of what you buy. After doing some research online, I do not seem to be the only person that has experienced this.
I have used Newegg since 2015 and this experience makes me hesitant to use them in the future.

No warranty for Aussies

Newegg won't honor the warranty of a hard drive. They even have a page on their website that describes the Australian Consumer Law protections and what they are *supposed* to do.
They are offering no refund or replacement.
Would recommend Australians not buy from them if you care about warranty.
