PC Deal Quality and Reliability are None existent

Their PC hardware Deal Quality Control is not acceptable! What I mean is this, they post many 3rd party products like Amazon, the difference is what I found out the hard way, I like Amazon they don't hold them accountable for quality and Deal Integrity. I ordered an AMD RYZEN 5700x CPU after using their Comparison tool , one cheaper 5700x CPU had no Cooling Included so I ordered the 5700x that had cooling included. It looked like a great deal. I tracked my order on their phone app under shipping....no notes about cooking were included until the last day of shipping in route to me and when I received the item , no CPU cooler was provided. I was in the process of contacting their Customer service and looked again for the shipping order # but now they had added the note " No CPU cooling included" . It was literally a Bait and Switch Deal . I confronted the NewEgg Customer service representative with this issue and was given two excuses:

1. Well it's via 3rd party supplier and Hmmm not responsible for that . Wrong ! It's your job to hold your suppliers accountable to posted purchase deals! Amazon does!

2. The Comparison tool is not reliable because it's AI ! The why do they provide it ?? I'm sure In not the first customer to have done a comparison and utilized it to make a purchasing decision...why else would you provide it! But they would not stand behind it!

In fairness they did offer to allow a return but that doesn't solve the above issues or make their "Bait and Switch " dealing less painful as it's a waste of my time , a replacement was 2 weeks out and I needed to get my PC build done ! They also told me if I wanted I could message the 3rd party supplier to see if they would stand behind their deal ......Hmmm . Seems like that is NewEgg job. I have been using Newegg for 10 yrs on and off and had never experienced such a rip off deal and one that they just wanted to sweep under the table. I have never run into this with Amazon. Told Newegg goodbye!!

They have no way of contacting them

They have no way of contacting them, their chat system on the website is completely broken and I can never connect and speak to anyone, they do not respond to any emails I have sent to multiple different email address of theirs, the company even has a broken account deletion page so I was not even able to delete my account, do not use this website

To explain further, I have tried their chat system and it will say something like you will connect in 3 minutes, 30 minutes later and I am still waiting, multiple times, refreshing the page doesn't fix it either

Great delivery, Great customer service!

First off, the package arrived 2 days earlier than expected so that was a plus! The process of purchasing the product was simple and I have no complaints about the condition of the package itself. That being said, I made the rookie mistake of not overlooking a feature that was clearly present in the photos that I required for my purchase, but despite my avoidable mistake, the company accepted a full refund and return of the package, within the hour, making the process headache free for me. I was only asked once for the reason for the return (an obvious question to potentially prevent complications in the future) then after seeing my response, I had received an email with instructions for the return! It was straight forward and easy as pie! I recommend Newegg for anyone who wants a trustworthy, friendly experience and I'd be satisfied with my purchase, regardless of the return, as the delivery was faster then posted, so it was a win win in my books, all things considered. 5 stars hands down! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

SCAM!

Unfortunately, this company is a scam. I bought the motherboard on their website through a link from the MSI website. As it turns out, my motherboard, like many others from MSI, turned out to be defective. I spent almost $1500 on the motherboard. It turned out that the warranty does not apply because I do not live in America. So why does Newegg sell products to Europe if it cannot provide warranty service? I am very disappointed and do not know what to do. It's a lot of money, certainly not just for me. It's a scandal. They should be blocked and removed from the authorized sellers of MSI products. MSI cannot give me a guarantee either because I have to send the motherboard back to the store, but Newegg does not want to accept it from me. I will never use this store again and I do not advise buying anything if you do not live in the USA.

Received a damaged screen

Received a damaged screen. The bad experience is that when I went to return the screen, I used the NewEgg site and my order to initiate a return with the Marketplace vendor Tech for Less. I received a reply two days later via email; and I immediately replied via email with an explanation and photos. I did not hear anything. I replied again. I did not hear anything. I went to the NewEgg site and initiated a chat. Apparently you can not reply to an email with an email- you must go back to the order and create a new message (100 word limit). Doing this re-engaged Tech for Less but they refused the return on the grounds that I was unresponsive. I will not purchase from NewEgg ever again.

Great Customer Support

Called about some issues I was having and some things I wanted clarified. Customer Support Team representative Chantera (sorry unsure of spelling) was very helpful and professional in dealing with my problem. Unfortunately, I messed up the automated review after the phone call but another rep said this was the place to fix it and give them proper recognition.

Not a reliable partner

Summary:
It used to be reliable computer component supplier. Not any more. We'd rather buy from Amazon or BH Photo Video now.

Details:
Bought components for a new computer build, about $1,200 worth. Received a bundle discount.

After 3 weeks, one of the cooling fans in an expensive video card failed. Contacted Newegg asking to send a new one first (charge me) and I will swap and send the failed one back. Zero help from NewEgg (Marie S.).

Per her, the card is out of stock. Would not give a bundle discount for me to purchase another card as a replacement.

Newegg basically left us stranded and forced to pay more for a different card now.

Order confirmed; then voided. No protections against bots.

Newegg was aware of its highly demanded launch day. However after my purchase, Newegg voided my order. After trying to buy another in-stock version and having my order confirmed again; Newegg cancelled that item too. Finally after a third lucky try; another order confirmation followed by a voided order. They did nothing to verify human buyers - and there is nothing to incentivize them to not take scalpers' money. This is not new, and should the cycle continue, they will restock the products bundled with old stock that can't sell and sold at a markup.

First time building a PC I used this…

First time building a PC I used this company and I've had the worst experience.... They first sent me the wrong CPU. Then the items listed state that they compatible with (i.e. am 5) but they actually are not so big waste of money and time there... There are some cool things about this site that why I chose to use it but it was a bad decision and has been a headache ever since. I've returned them and have yet to get a refund also...

Newegg had the best price on what I wanted. I've ordered from Neweg in the past and didn't have any problems. With this order, it took forever to get it to me. Ordered on Jan 30, and it didn't come until Feb 14. They need to change the way they ship items. I won't be ordering anything that needs to be shipped from them in the future. I thought I would get it when they said it would arrive Feb 5. Ended up buy from another vender because it took too long, now I have 2 sets. Digital orders are fine, usually get those in an email quickly.
